Chapter 21 Stalker alert

Downstairs was a mess! I could see my mom is packing something and my dad is trying to fix something and in the backyard and song is blaring from the tv. I pad towards my mom and ask her what's the matter.

She tells "Oh dear so sorry, did we wake you up! We gotta go to your aunt Diana's house for 2 nights. I am so sorry, we have to leave you back here as you are still healing.

I was so confused though I get to spend 2 days all alone. It's not something new I have been living alone for some days since when I was 13. But I had my time off so I thought why they are leaving me back.

I think dad sensed my question so he tells "Sav we know you don't have school but we can't take you there, as Diana is sick, she wants our help. So it's just going to be us elders, but if you want we can leave you with your cousins. I know for sure Peter would love to see you!"

I can sense the sarcasm in his last sentence. I wave my hand of and go to make some green tea. I don't know why but Peter hates me, or I do know why, I kinda would have broken his piano when I was practising my jumping techniques.

To my defence who allows a 5 year old near a piano, no one!
So having the thought of being alone in the house for next 2 days excites me. So while waiting for the water to boil.

I fee my phone vibrate and I see it's Vanessa, she tells me that she has emailed me the notes and homework for today and if I have any doubt I could call her. I also get a message from Ethan that he sent all the notes and homework too.

What have I done to have such wonderful friends!

I then remember a very important thing and I go to my mom and dad and tell them "Mom and dad if you could please stop whatever you are doing and take a seat will be better."

I motion ten to sit and my dad jokingly tells "Sav don't tell us you are pregnant I am sure going to kick that boy's ass for sure."

I hear my mom say "Language!" And glare at my dad. Aww they are such a cute couple wonder will I have someone like this in future.

A certain someone flashes in the back of my head but I push it off and continue.

"Don't worry dad, that's another topic for another day!" And I wink at him.

My mom catches her heart and gives me a dramatic sigh and says "Oh my god Sav don't, what will I say to this society!"

I say "Mom please, and ok now to the matter!" I give a pause and I begin to tell them what happened in the morning from Tyler to Jacob and what actually happened.

My dad was fuming was an understatement. He wanted to rip that Tyler's head. But my mom felt sorry for him and asked my dad if he could do something for his mom and the abuse.

My dad shakes his head and says "Give me some time off, I just can't! I feel so bad that I had to treat poor Jacob like that!"

My mom says "My god I knew he was a darling from the start, poor boy his parents were as furious as us! Do they know?"

I shake my head and say "No he told me not to say them or they would get Tyler expelled from school!"

"Oh my lord please help everyone around us!" My mom exclaimes.

My dad just goes back to the backyard and continue his work and we all get to our own tasks and get lost in the thoughts.

After 4 hours or intense studying and making myself updated with what happened today in school. I check the time to see it's 1:00 am and I could feel my eyes shutting.

I get a message from unknown number and I open to see, it reads "You didn't sleep still, why are the lights on!"

I get super scared and close the lights and get onto my bed and cover my head with my blanket and keep my phone close to myself. I feel it vibrate once again and I look down to see

"Oh my, did I scare you?"

With shaky fingers I type "Who are you?"

Whoever it is took some time and sent "Your secret admirer" and that's it, no more messages.

I sent a lot of threatening messages but all I got in return was "Don't tell this to anyone, or you won't like the consequences"

I was super scared now and tried to sleep but I was twisting and turning I remember the last thing I knew was the sun has come up but my eyes were refusing to shut.

It was 9:00 in the morning and I get up, in panic thinking I missed school. But to my luck there was no school and my thoughts wander to last night's message.

And suddenly I feel like I am being watched. But keeping the thoughts of paranoia in bay I go to the washroom and do my duties and walk towards the kitchen my fav place in the home.

I cook some scrambled eggs and some bread toast. I got a cup full of black coffee and went to my dining room.

I take my phone to see Insta when I find another chilling message "Good morning beautiful!"

Yes I am dead officially, I have a stalker for sure!

God please help me! Who can I tell it! My parents would freak the fuck out they would even cancel their trip and aunt being sick would not tally much.

So I put my girl panties on and type out "I know who you are!
And wait for the inevitable.
