Chapter 25 The Browns

After we were reasonably away from the family. I hear Jacob exclaim "What the hell Savannah?"

I just looked at him and said "I couldn't say no ok, your mom was so sweet and caring not like their son at all!"

And I glare at him. He chuckles and says "I know Justin can be pain in the ass sometimes."

I roll my eyes and push open the door to go into the loo; but to my surprise I hear a scream followed a loud booming laughter which is muffled by the closed door.

That fucker directed me to the man's loo. I mumble sorry to the old man who looks like he is going to wash himself with holy water.

I shake my head and start walking towards the booth when I can feel Jacob trying to snake his hands around my waist but not able to do so. I should've felt embarrassed but I simply shrugged his hands and walked off.

But not forgetting to turn back and flip the bird at him. I hear a chuckle and I start my long way back.

I had a really good time with the Browns and finally I got the name of surfer boy it's Cole Brown. He was so sweet I guess Jacob kinda told him to shut along some time and we went to play go karting and had cotton candy.

And Jacob got me a teddy bear I know cliche but it was so sweet of him. But as the night approaches I finally feel like it's time to hear his side of story. Along midnight I message Jacob asking me if he is still awake I get a reply very fast than expected and we plan to go on a little stroll.

I clutch closer my hoodie and zip up. I hear Jacob do the same.

And he begins "Savannah the messages they were purely in the first to just talk with you, I got your number from Vanessa. So I just wanted to talk with you, but when you started asking me who I am? I thought I could prank you and your curtains were open as well and Justin was lil scared that night so he asked me to sleep with him! So when I see the lights on and you were moving too! And I pondering the entire evening about how to crack up a message, so I took the cue and played along with it! I swear if I knew it made you feel paranoid I am so sorry it wasn't my intention! And I am sorry like a creep I looked into your window. That's total violation of privacy. But after our lil meet up I started feeling something towards you Savannah and please hear me out..."

I started running, like how I run always every-time. I just can't believe that a hottie like him is saying those things. Like no as he said he can prank me tomorrow he can come and be like I was totally planking you look at your face and some shit.

So I ran till I reached my home and closed the door and 2nd time today slid down onto the floor contemplating my life.

I am currently sitting in my room. The house is resonating with continuous door bell and banging of door. But I closed my door and windows and covers my head with pillow and have my head pressed down onto the bed.

I just don't want to feel anything, it's just too surreal. I believe that when something too good happens something real bad follows. Yes, that throws me into being a big time pessimist. But it's better to state negative things than rather wishing something that will never ever happen.

I get up again to sound of my phone blaring it's a call from my fam again they ask the usual. Thank god it was a voice call or my blood shot and tear stricken face was a dead give away of continuous crying.

The constant banging and ringing of bell stopped after 1 hour. I really appreciate that he did that in such a weather and that too in such a odd time.

I really hate myself  right now like the golden boy just told he has some feelings for me and I still can't be happy about it.

I am sure any other teen in my place would be jumping with joy but I am not like others aren't I?

I go up to the washroom and wash my face and just look at my face and give out a dry laugh at my pathetic life.

I get a text from Ethan that he is coming over along with Vanessa and they want me read in like 20.

So jump into the shower and get to business.

I wear a bat winged sleeved black shirt with blue jeans and I go over the top and wear my heeled black boots.

I take my phone and other essentials into the carry bag and get going to prepare breakfast. I hear the doorbell ring and I think of getting something from out itself and just think how fast they came.

I open the door to be shell shocked it's Jacob along with Vanessa and Ethan and I see smiles in all of their faces and especially a smug look on Jacob and his eyes are challenging me to do something.

But I shrug off thinking that I don't want to ruin the weekend because of this boy and keep all my drama to the side.
I smile at all of them and purposely brush my shoulders past Jacob and say
"Nice shirt by the way Jacob!"

I smirk at the awestruck face of Jacob and I think two can play this game. The game is on Jacob, watch out.
