I stir awake wrapped up in Luke's arms. Sighing contently, I lay there for a few minutes before opening my eyes. I'm incredibly tired.
I finally decide to get up, blinking open my eyes. I come to the lovely surprise of a bloody clown mask smiling devilishly into my face. I jump at least five miles high, my heart beating faster than a race car. And I'm pretty sure I yelped a bit.
"Fuck you." I say angrily, though my voice is tired and scratchy.
Calum laughs his ass off. "Happy Halloween motherfucker!"
"That wasn't even funny. You're just a dick!" I forcefully shove him.
Luke rolls over. "Fuck both of you. I just want to sleep." He mutters.
"You're such an asshole in the morning." I laugh at him and sling my arm around his torso, resting my chin on his shoulder.
"Am not." He pouts.
"Accept it, babe. You are." I smile an kiss his shoulder. "But your still my sweet little penguin."
"Calum look away so I can kiss my Mikey." Luke says, his stare fixed on my lips. He's so touchy and clingy. I love it.
Calum sighs. "I'll give you guys five more minutes. Ashton made pumpkin bread and hot chocolate for everyone, so you better get your asses out there and tell him how great it is."
"Alright, bossy." Luke retorts.
"I'm not bossy. Ashton got up this morning and did that, so I think the least you could do is come eat it."
"We will, don't worry." I wave Calum off. "Now leave us be."
Luke is on top of me the minute Calum leaves. He takes his time though, pressing slow, lazy kisses on my skin. "Good morning, my perfect Mikey." He says between kisses.
"Morning." I say through a yawn.
Luke nudges his nose against mine. "Let's go eat some food, yeah?"
"Okay, get off loser and let's go eat." I push him off and jump up off the bed. He chases me out into the kitchen where we find the other two eating and watching Casper the Friendly Ghost.
I grab a plate of pumpkin bread and pour some hot chocolate for myself. Then I sit on the chair closest to the window with Luke snuggled in my lap.
"I haven't seen this movie for such a long time." Luke says.
"Reminds me of Caspar." Ahston laughs.
"Good lad." Calum says. "And speaking of lads, we should expect Alex and Jack in a few hours. That gives us plenty of time to go costume shopping."
"This is going to be a great night." Ashton says. And he's probably right. It's nice to feel excitement, even just a small pang of it. There's something about Halloween that allows you to forget everything that's been bothering you. I don't know if it's because you're a different person for the night or because everyone is so giddy and happy about all the spookiness and the candy.

(*LUKE'S POV*)
"Michael I found them!" I shout as I run over to Michael in the costume shop holding our coordinating costumes.
"Great!" He takes a look at them. "Jeez that Robin costume is a bit tight...I don't know how great I'll look in it. Maybe you should wear it."
I roll my eyes. "You're kidding, right?" I sigh and force the costume into his hands. "You're going to look amazing in it." I lower my voice. "Though you'd look better with it off."
