chapter 3

Beca's pov.

It hurts. It hurts so much. It's like my bones are breaking over and over again. I run away. That's what my instict tells me to do. I run until i'm deep inside the forest. That's where i fall down on my hands and knees and cry out in pain. Something is happening to me. I feel it. I look down at my hands and stare at it in shock when i find out that they are changing into paws. Is this a dream? Am i really changing into an animal? Into a wolf? Am i really a werewolf?

Chloe's pov.

We all watch beca run away for a second before running outside to try and see where she ran of to.

"Where the heck did she go? That little midget can run when she needs to." stacie says.

I sigh and walk back inside the house.

"We should wait here until she rerurns." i say.

The bellas all follow me back inside the house.

"Shouldn't we go and try to find her?" cynthia rose asks me.

I sit down on the couch and look at her.

"She will return. She's going to be fine." i say.

The bellas all sit down on the couch and chairs around me and look at me.

"How are you so sure of that? What if she's dying or something?" stacie asks me.

Emily her eyes widen and tears fill her eyes.

"Is beca dying!?" she asks in horror.

I stand up and hug emily while i glare at stacie.

"No, beca is not dying. Stacie is just being a big drama queen." i say.

Emily takes a shaky breath and then nods with a smile.

"Ok. Beca's fine." emily says.

I nod and smile at her.

"And i can just feel that she's fine. Just trust me on this one okay? She will be back in the morning." i say.

I don't know where i got this feeling from but it doesn't matter. I just know that she's fine right now.

Beca's pov.

I run after that i changed and tried to find a lake or a river. After running for about five or ten minutes i finaly find a little lake. I look into it and just stare at my reflection. A brown wolf is staring back at me through the reflection of the water. Bright blue eyes. My eye colour changed a bit. I also see a bit of red in them. I lay down and just take a moment to get used to my new body. That's when i suddenly hear a twig snapping. I jump up and look in shock at the silver colourd wolf who is looking at me. He or she sniffs the air for a bit and just stares at me. The wolf is bigger than me and their eyes are a dark shade of blue. I slowly take a step forward but the wolf sprints off as soon as i do. I sigh and look up at the sky. It's getting dark. I remember where i left my clothes and start to run to them. Somehow during my transformation my clothes didn't rip. I stand next to my clothes and sit down. Now how do i change back into a human?

Stacie's pov.

It's getting dark right now and almost all the bellas have gone to sleep seeing as we have another early bellas practice tomorrow. I decided to stay awake downstairs until beca returns. Chloe sighs and sits down next to me on the couch.

"She's fine stacie." chloe says.

I just look at her for a second.

"I'm still not going to bed." i say.

Chloe just smiles and nods.

"I know. I wasn't going to ask you to go upstairs. I'm glad that you care so much about her. I wanted to ask you to wake me up when she gets here. I have a big test tomorrow and i really don't wan't to fail another year of college. I need my sleep. Please wake me if she gets here alright?" chloe says.

I smile and nod.

"I promise. Now go get some sleep." i say.

Chloe nods and heads upstairs. Now i'm the only one who's still awake and downstairs. I grab the tv remote and turn on the tv. Let's watch some netflix to kill the time.
