Sleeping with Peri.

Lapis POV

I wale up in the middle of the night once again to a bad dream. I tryed to go back to sleep but after a few hours I was bored of trying and decided to see if Peridot was asleep. I walk over to her room and open her door quietly to see a sleeping Peri. I go to turn around when I hear my name. "Lapis why are you up?" The blonde asked putting on her glasses and turning the light on. "I had a bad dream an do couldn't fall back asleep." Peridot laughed "so you wanted to come and cuddle with me." I blushed in embarrassment. "No! " I hide my face with my baby blanket you know the ones with the sheep head and legs on it and she gestured for me to come over to her. I smile closing the door and running up to her. Even though I've only just met Peridot I can tell we're going to be good friends if she already lets me sleep in her bed. "What's this? " she says picking up my baby blanket. "That's lamy its the last thing that my mum gave to me. " Peridot stopped smiling for a while but then went back to a huge grin and said "this is Pumpkin my dad got him me before my parents divorced. " she held up an old pumpkin plush that had eyes and a mouth on it. "Cute. " Peridot then turned off the light and placed her glasses on the bedside table. " night Lapis" she said as she faced towards me. I cuddled up into her and replied "night Peri. "

I'm sorry I haven't been updating this story I kind of lost interest but then I pitched the idea to someone and they told me to keep on writing it. Also I'm writing another story that I will publish once it's finished so I didn't really have time for this one but I will keep writing it.
