I am Just an ordinary girl or is that too typical? Of course with every ordinary girl comes a secret lying inside, waiting to be found... But if anyone finds this secret my whole life could be turned upside down.
Unsure of where or who to turn to...
About four hours had passed and I was now deep into the forest, I don't think I realised how big it was. The sun was also beginning to set, so I made the decision to find somewhere to sleep the night. I found a low tree with a thick layer of leaves, this made it a little warmer in there. I put the blanket down and used the rucksack as a pillow, I perched Arina on a near branch.
Soon enough, Arina was asleep and I lied there, watching the sun set, out of sight. ______________
It was the next morning and I had the worst night sleep in my life, it was so uncomfortable. Arina was already up and singing and I began to get out some food, from my bag. I ate some bread and an apple and gave Arina a hand full of seeds.
Once we'd finished, I gathered my things and started to walk. I didn't really have a plan on where I would go or running to the woods would solve my problem but I just needed to get away.
Two hours passed and I was playing with Arina, studying her as she flew through the trees and sat right back on my shoulder and I smiled in silence.
A snap of a twig, in the distance broke the silence and I turned around gazing at the endless amount of trees. I could hear the shuffle of sound. Who could it be?.. oh god, the police!
I knew at that moment it was the police, low and behold it was.
"Walk towards us with your hands up. We don't want to harm you, we only want to talk." A police man stepped out from behind a large tree.
I could tell he was lying and I wasn't going to have any of it.
Using my powers I gathered energy into a stream of light, pointing it straight at the rows of police, who had all been hiding behind trees.
"We know who you are Ella, so just come to us and all will be good." The same police man shouted.
How the hell do they know my name? The adrenaline began to pump through my body and all my fear was no longer there. I wouldn't hesitate to shot one if they came a step closer and they all knew that too.
"We are going to come closer now, okay just stay there we will come to you." That's when they all moved in union towards me.
"DONT YOU DARE COME ANY CLOSER!" I yelled with a bit of stutter in my words. Then I shot the ground with my power making it shudder.
They all stopped in their tracks, with fear now on most of their faces.
"I warned you" I said with a quiver.
They stood there for a couple of minutes, unsure of what to do. I felt a strange feeling pulsate through my body. What?
A vast essence engulfed my body before a masculine hand took hold of mine from behind me. Just as I began to look who it was, the forest changed to a bright light. What the actual hell?
In a matter of seconds, i could see trees again but there were no police. Arina sat by my head (i was on the floor) staring straight into my soul. My god that scared the bejesus out of me.
"Your awake!" A mans voice said from behind me...
