It was after school and Renjun was sitting on Chenle's couch, head laid back, with his eyes closed. "Renjun what's up with you and Jaemin anyway?" Chenle asked as he sat back on the couch with some snacks.

Renjun's head shot up with a frown. "I don't know what you mean Chenle," Renjun glared at Chenle, "all I know is that he has stuck around ever since that party," he finished, turning his head away from Chenle.

Chenle pouted and looked at Donghyuk. Donghyuk just rolled his eyes. "Hey, listen, you crusty piece of toast, Jaemin obviously likes you, why not give him a chance," Donghyuk finished as he popped a chip into his mouth.

Renjun opened his mouth to respond but was interrupted by knocking at the door. Donghyuk sighed and got up to open the door. When he opened the door his eyes widened at what he saw and a big, excited smile came onto his face, "Chenle I think you wanna come here and see this."

Chenle sighed and stood up from the couch. He walked over to the door and looked over Donghyuk's shoulder to see Jisung. Not just any Jisung, a Jisung with his hair styled nicely, a dress shirt tucked into his dress pants, and holding a bouquet of red roses, all while having a very nervous smile on his face. Chenle's eyes widened and he pushed Donghyuck out his way to stand in the doorway.

Jisung held out the flowers to Chenle. "So, Ch-Chenle I was wondering if you would like to be my b-boyfriend," he asked nervously. Jisung for the most part has confidence all the time but when it came to asking Chenle out he was a nervous wreck.

Chenle stood there for a few seconds in shock. Jisung stood there getting concerned and was about to say something when Chenle broke out of his shock and screeched out a yes, jumping to hug Jisung, wrapping his arms around Jisung's neck. A bright smile broke across Jisung's face as he wrapped his arms around the older, hugging him.

Donghyuk was just standing there recording the whole thing with a happy smile. Renjun had a slight smile on his face too but quickly turned on a scowl as he stood up from the couch. He walked over to the hugging couple and crossed his arms. He coughed to get their attention, "This is cute and everything but I'm going to have to interrupt and do my job as the protective "older brother"," Renjun announced as the couple broke apart. Chenle stepped back and rolled his eyes with a small smile. Renjun gave Jisung his scariest glare that made Jisung gulp. "Listen, if you ever hurt Chenle I will personally end you and erase you from this existence. Got. It?" Renjun ended it by poking Jisung's chest with his last two words.

Jisung nodded his head frantically, "Don't worry! I would never dream of hurting Lele!" Jisung announced, making Chenle giggle and lace their fingers together.

Renjun smiled and leaned away from Jisung, crossing his arms and nodded, "Good." Even though Renjun knew that getting tangled up in Jaemin's group was dangerous, he couldn't deny the genuine connection Jisung and Chenle had, and definitely couldn't bring himself to stop them from being so happy.

Donghyuk nudged Renjun. Renjun sighed heavily then lazily turned his head towards Donghyuk, "What."

"Let's go. We don't need to be in the middle of their sweet moment," Donghyuk said. Renjun nodded and they both headed towards the door. Right before the door closed Donghyuk stuck his head back into the room and advised, "Remember to use protection kiddos."

This made both the young boys red in the face. "WHAT!?" Chenle screamed as Jisung grabbed a pillow laying on the couch and threw it at Donghyuk's face, causing the said boy to quickly retreat and close the door.

Renjun was walking home now, he and Donghyuk have just split, going their separate ways home. Renjun took the time to actually think about Jaemin. Jaemin wasn't necessarily a bad guy, Renjun knew, but he wasn't sure if he was ready to fully trust him.

Renjun thought about Chenle and Jisung. They seemed pretty happy. He knew that Jisung was a good person and wouldn't hurt Chenle. You could tell by just looking at the two how much they care for each other. Jisung looked at Chenle like he was his whole world. 'Does Jaemin look at me like that' he wondered.

Renjun climbed the building's stairs and got to his door, unlocking it and going inside. He sat on the couch and laid on his back, just staring up at the ceiling. 'Do I even like Jaemin?' Renjun thought to himself. He thought back to all the times he was with Jaemin. Now that he thought about it, whenever he was with Jaemin he felt safe and a lot of the time his heart would race when he got near. 'Oh god did I really fall for the bad boy?' Renjun questioned himself.

'Does Jaemin even like me?' Renjun suddenly questioned. He knew that Jaemin could be a player and that he has broken a lot of hearts before. Was he any different? Maybe he is since he's never heard of Jaemin perusing someone for this long, he would've been bored of him by now right? Recently he hasn't seen Jaemin talking with anyone or seen someone hanging off his arm. That could be a sign that he might actually like him and mean more than just a fling, right? Not to mention he has definitely never seen one of Jaemin's targets be included in his little group of friends. Renjun groaned and covered his face with his hands, his mind filled with unanswered questions.

Renjun eventually felt his eyes get heavy and before he knew it he fell asleep, thinking about Jaemin.
