Iklas pov
As I entered our home, I went to my mom's room to let her know I'm back. Guess who I found there? Ya Mus'ab! I exclaimed as I jumped into his arms. "Ya Mus'ab, I really missed you." He hugged me back, saying, "I missed you too, sissy."
Hanan mentioned she's upset because after you escorted her to my house, you never visited her. Oops, I swear I forgot to call her. Let me call her now because I have some juicy gossip to share.
"What's in your hand, Hanan?" my mom asked, speaking for the first time since I entered the room. "Mom, it's nothing, just umm..."
Thank goodness someone called me at that moment, saving me from having to lie. I'm not ready to tell my mom yet. I quickly excused myself to answer the phone, and it turned out to be Ya Alim.
I answered the call, saying I'm going to take a shower, and he agreed to call back in an hour. After my shower, I decided to do a conference call with my three besties.
Amal was the first to greet, "Hello, babe." I teased her, calling her baby, and Ifty said, "I missed all of you babies." I chuckled, saying I missed you too, baby. "Oh, you didn't miss me, huh?" Hanan teased, pretending to be hurt. "Haba, baby, I miss you, really."
"Enough of this teasing, I have an announcement," I said. "What is it?" Hanan asked, hoping it's not gossip. "Could you please be quiet? I want to hear this," Gulma said to Ifty.
I rolled my eyes and shared that Alim confessed his love for me today. "What? Am I hearing right?" they all asked, and I just sighed and say I will hang up the call!!
"Oh, sorry, please don't. I just sighed and narrated everything that happened from what Fadila did to me until our dinner with Alim.
They were both so happy for me; you don't even know how Hanan kept screaming that she is very happy.
After that, Hanan hissed while saying, 'We will teach Fadila a great lesson because we don't give a care.' Zat is right," followed by Amal saying, "Yeah, whatever." "Sai dasafe," I said as I hung up. So, I decided to check what Alim bought me; it was a gold necklace and earrings. Wow, they are very beautiful.
A few minutes later, Alim called me, and after the third ring, I answered it.
"Assalamu alaikum," said Alim. "Oh my God, you don't even know how his voice kills me."
I quickly said, "Waalaikumussalam." He asked me how I got back home, and I replied with Alhamdulillah.
"So, let's start to get to know each other. First, he tells me his likes and dislikes, and I told him mine.
I realized that Alim wasn't the talkative type, and again, he is not arrogant, but people mistake him as arrogant, like I did at first.
Let's just say Alim is a sweetheart, and I love him more and more.
Me being the funny and talkative one, so I told him about our secondary life, how we dodge periods, how we do not take any nonsense, and he is just laughing.
Today, I made Alim laugh. Oh my God, I am so happy.
"Iklas," he blurted out, and I said, "Uhmm, I love you so much, and I can't imagine life without you. I am not dating you just for fun or anything; I am dating you, InshaAllah. One day, you will become my wife.
The reason why I never dated anyone is that I don't want to break anyone's heart because if you are not ready for marriage, then why would you date?"
"So now that I am ready, I vow to take care of you till my last breath.
Iklas' breath hitched because she is content with any marriage.
She smiled like a child and said, 'Thank you so much, Alim. I just love you more,' she said as she quickly ended the call, busy smiling.
Alim lay on his bed, lost in thoughts about Iklas; he loves her more and more. He sends her goodnight messages expressing his love before he sleeps, busy dreaming about Iklas.
After 3 days,
It's been three days since Alim and Iklas met, but they are always calling each other.
Iklas decided to visit Hanan's house, so she zoomed off to her house.
Upon arrival, she honked, and the gateman opened the gate, greeting her, and she greeted him back before parking her car.
As she was about to open the door, Mus'ab opened it, and she jumped on him, saying she missed him, 'Stop being a drama queen because Alim is here,' he whispered. She quickly let go of the hug only to find out that Alim was looking at her, smiling. She looked down, playing with her nails because she was shy.
Alim POV
Oh Allah, the way she jumped off her brother and the way she is playing with her nails makes her look cute, which makes me smile.
Mus'ab said he would give me 10 minutes because we are going out. 'Thanks,' I muttered before he left.
I quickly took a few steps forward and stood in front of her, 'My Iklas,' I playfully said, but no reply. 'My sweetheart,' I said again, but still no reply.
'I missed you,' I muttered. She looked into my eyes as if searching for something, then shyly said she missed me too. I smiled and said, 'You look beautiful, and I'm even jealous because I know many guys are staring at what is mine.'
She just look at me and laugh while saying we are not married remember? Toh ni yanxu ma sae a daura i said but deep deep inside me i mean it
Iklas pov
Hanan!! i scream on top of my lungs, as i hug her, ke! i can't breath! i just laugh, and she quickly said because you see ya alim shine sai dakuka gama hira kikashigo koh? she pout and i laugh😂while saying let's enter the kitchen cox I'm hungry.
Hanan i called, what? She asked
I'm so happy today...........
