Bellamy's POV

I saw Clarke leave camp with Finn. Was she gonna be okay? Of course, she was, she was Clarke. But only Finn was with her. He hadn't exactly handled the situation with the grounder the other day very well. For a second I was about to follow them, but I stopped myself. What the hell was I doing? I had things to do.

I met Octavia at the bonfire. "Hi, O," I said as I walked up to her. "Hey," She said, looking at me suspiciously.

"What?" I asked her as I tilted my head lightly.

"Nothing." She answered shortly and shook her head. I didn't believe her but let it be.

I talked with O for a few hours, as I didn't have to guard and Clarke wasn't there and I didn't really have any other things to do. Of course also because I love O. Obviously.

Clarke and Finn came walking through the gate later that night. It had just turned dark and I was honestly kind of worried. They were only two, and they shouldn't be out after dark.

As I made my way over to Clarke, I noticed Finn walking off to his tent.

"Hey," I said. She turned to face me before slightly glazing to the side looking after Finn.

"Hey," She answered, focusing her eyes back on mine.

"I am just here to tell you that you should probably pack. We leave at dawn." I said. We were meeting with Lexa.

"Oh, yeah, about that, my mother wants us to take more people with us than those already assigned, and I agreed to take a few more, as long as it wasn't a whole army." She spoke, her facial expression suddenly way more serious than it had been moments before.

"Alright, that's fine." Was all I answered. We smiled slightly at each other before both walking off.

The next morning we left to meet with Lexa. Abby went with us, she insisted. Kane stayed back at camp so that there would still be some kind of leader.

We arrived later and met Lexa with some guardians.

"Great. Shall we begin?" She asked, not really showing any expression.

--Imma skip this part 'cause I don't know how to write it so... YaY--

The meeting with Lexa went surprisingly well, we had made it clear to Abby before the meeting that she should let Clarke and I speak. And for some reason, she actually didn't interrupt a single time.

We fixed the problems, and hopefully, everything would work from there.

We made it home late at night, and everyone was exhausting. It was clear to see on Clarke's face as we walked into the camp.

"Clarke! Hey!" Finn came running and pulled Clarke into a hug. She looked rather surprised but awkwardly hugged him back.

They pulled apart and smiled at each other, but Clarke was clearly exhausted and would probably rather head to sleep.

Before Clarke could say anything, Finn pulled her with him to the bonfire.

Jasper walked over to me and pulled me out of my thoughts.

"How'd it go?" He asked as he smiled.

"Surprisingly well." I simply answered before walking away and over to grab some water before heading back to my tent to finally sleep.

I couldn't help but keep an eye on Finn and Clarke. I noticed Clarke trying to get up to probably get to her tent, but Finn grabbed her hand and pulled her closer. Their lips were about to touch and I felt my jaw tighten. Before they could kiss Clarke gave him a push away from her.

I couldn't hear what they were saying, but Finn looked sorry and confused at the same time, and Clarke shrugged her shoulders apologizingly before heading off towards her tent.
