THIRD PERSON

Clarke had felt better since she talked with Bellamy. She didn't care much about Finn, and when Finn was around, Bellamy was too. He wanted to make sure Finn couldn't go near Clarke to hurt her again, Bellamy was gonna make sure of that.

"You know you don't have to guard me all the time. Don't you have better stuff to do?" The two were standing beside each other, looking out over the camp. She smiled at Bellamy as she spoke.

"No, actually I don't," I smirked slightly at her with a glimpse in his eye.

Bellamy was protecting Clarke from Finn, and he knew she could do it herself and that he didn't have to follow her almost everywhere she went.

He had this feeling he couldn't describe. He wanted to protect her from everything. He wanted to just make sure she was safe at all times, no chance of her getting harmed, but he knew he couldn't do that. She was stubborn, and she wanted to do things herself sometimes, and he couldn't do anything but trust her to be careful.

"Actually I'm on duty tomorrow, It's a day trip." He spoke.

"Oh, that's right. I wish I could go too though." Clarke answered. Their eyes shifted away from each other and back over back. Or Clarke's eyes did, Bellamy was still looking at Clarke.

"But you have important stuff to do here," Bellamy said.

He watched as Clarke nodded. "Yeah,"

Abby had watched Clarke and Bellamy the whole day, and she couldn't help but smile at herself because someone took care of her daughter. She watched them as they followed each other. She knew Clarke felt special about Bellamy, yet she wondered if Clarke herself was aware of those feelings.

The hours passed fast, and suddenly Clarke stood at the gate saying goodbye to Bellamy and the others.

They left, and she knew that it was just a day trip, but it still felt weird not to have Bellamy beside her like she was used to. She felt like she was missing something. She was used to his presence beside her, but now her body was just surrounded by the cold air.

They left early, and not long after, Clarke went to meet with her mom, Kane, and a couple of others to discuss further cooperation with the grounders.

Everyone arrived, and they argued for a few hours back and forth. There weren't long till their next meeting with Lexa and the grounders in Polis.

They settled on a few different agreements, and Clarke could finally leave the room. It had been alright, without too many big arguments, which she as thankful for.

It was already afternoon, and Clarke knew only a few hours would pass until Bellamy and the rest of the group would be back again.

Just an hour or so before they were expected to be back, the gate opened. Clarke felt relieved as she made her way over there, but she was suddenly confused when she could only see the silhouette of one man and a horse coming through the gate.

People started murmuring and gathered around the gate. Clarke pushed through the crowd to get a better look. The guy quickly got off the horse, Clarke remembered him as Lennox. He stumbled over to Abby who was standing beside Clarke. "Where are the others?" Abby asked as she looked into the fearful eyes on the boy.

"The-they're..." He took a deep breath in. He was weak, but Clarke couldn't see any wounds. He had probably rushed back.

"Just breathe," Abby said, patiently waiting for him to continue.

"Echo has them."

Clarke's face expression changed to shocked as her brain tried to process what she had just been told.

Abby looked to her side to look at her daughter.

"What do you mean Echo has them? Why would she take them?" Clarke asked, her voice angry and confused.

"I don't know, we were almost there and they just- we hadn't seen them. They took us to Echo, and I-I managed to get away when they weren't looking." Lennox continued, out of breath.

"Well, send someone t-" Abby began, but Clarke had run to a rover and was on her way inside.

"Clarke! What are you doing?" Abby asked as she watched her daughter.

"I'm gonna go get them. Now." She said sternly as the rover started. Monty and a few others jumped into the rover with her. Before Abby could say anything, Clarke was on her way.

On her way to save Bellamy, because that was all she could think about. She couldn't rest until she knew he was safe again.
