Mina's eyes widened, both her wrists captured by Chaeyoung. The former's tears stung before subtly running down her cheek. Her hands were shaking and she was afraid that Chaeyoung could maybe hear her heart beating louder than a drum.

I just said that to Mina.

Screw it, might as well.

"You probably don't believe me, do you." Chaeyoung muttered, her hair falling flat on her head as the rain continues to pour from the dark sky. Mina just watched, water running down her whole body. "But what I said is true-"

"-Mina, you are my everything. There had never been a time where I didn't care about you."

Chaeyoung continued, slowly letting go of Mina's wrist and she was amazingly ignoring the pounding headache. "I always wanted to protect you, to take care of you. I never thought of you as someone I can use. There had never been a day where you didn't cross my mind-"

Chaeyoung looked into Mina's eyes, the latter still frozen though she was listening intently. The former cracked the faintest of smiles.

"-and there had never been a day where I didn't love you."

Mina's listened but it was as if her heart was beating faster by the minute. Chaeyoung gulped, her ears were red and though her face still looked a little pale. "Mina-" Chaeyoung breathed in, "-Each day. Each day, there's always something new about you that I fall in love with."

"Wh-What?"

Chaeyoung smiled, say it, "I love you, Mina-" the cub stumbled a bit, "-And that's never going to change." Chaeyoung caught her words, expecting a slap to the face but before Mina could even provide the said slap, Chaeyoung spoke once more. "I understand if you don't want to talk about this, especially in the rain but just know that what i'm saying is the truth. If your still mad at me, I'm sorry, but-!"

Her words were cut off as her collar was grabbed, pulling her down though a little forceful, Chaeyoung's lips were met with something soft. Something she's felt before.

Mina kissed me.

Chaeyoung smiled through the kiss, her arms slowly wrapping around Mina's waist as the latter's arms fell around Chaeyoung's neck. The rain felt like nothing to the both of them as this moment was much more important. A little aggressive, Chaeyoung pushed more, making Mina let out a noise that amused the cub to an extent.

Eventually, Mina pulled away, their heavy breaths mixed with the loud pouring of rain. "You-You idiot!" She playfully slapped Chaeyoung's arm, who winced.

"Ouch! The hell was that for?!" Chaeyoung exclaimed, "Hey, you kissed me first this time! And I clearly stated that I love you!"

Mina stared, laughing after, though her cheeks were a little red, "I-" Her hand grazed Chaeyoung's cheeks, who was hoping to hear those three words, "-really think you're an idiot." Mina smirked.

Chaeyoung's eyes widened, though turning into a mischievous smile right after, "But i'm your idiot." She smirked, her arms swiftly snaking around Mina's waist. The latter blushed looking away, as well as pushing Chaeyoung's face away.
