I woke up once more, it was still dark out. Sleeping in a bed that isn't my own takes a few days to get used to i guess. Oliver was fast asleep, his chest rising and falling as soft snores came from his mouth. I slowly climbed out of bed and tip toed to the bathroom.
"I looked like this all day?" I rolled my eyes and splashed some water on my face and used a towel to pat it down. This would have to do for now, id need to find some skin products somewhere around here. I grimaced as i noticed a few red spots appearing on my cheeks.
I shuffled around looking for a tooth brush until i found an unused one made out of what it looks to be bamboo. I stepped out, feeling slightly refreshed and stumbled over to the closet. I fell asleep in the clothing i was wearing all day and i felt quite grimy. "I'll take a shower when it's daylight."
I hope Oliver doesn't mind me snatching a sweater. I exchanged my shirt for a hoodie i found hanging inside and put on the boots i was giving previously. I wanted to go outside and be with Yves for a little bit, i miss him.
I exited the room and shut the door slowly, luckily it didn't creak. I walked down the halls lightly and searched for an exit, following the path i remembered Oliver taking i ended up in the back gardens before the Fenrir stables.
The flowers in the garden glowed and some were beautifully bloomed. I walked deeper into the gorgeous mess of nature and sat down on a freshly cut pink tree stump. There seemed to be something moving in the brush and i stilled. It was something small and living in the garden.
I sucked in a breath and waited for the creature to come out. My eyes widened as i saw a group of little plant like beings climbing branches. These must be some of the feral creatures Oliver was talking about.
I watched them in awe as they had an obvious leader in the front of the group. Each one of them were unique in their own way. Some had flowers or leaves sitting atop their head, and some had moss growing on their bodies. I thought they were so adorable, but I noticed one was trailing behind.
It was smaller than the rest and had a pink flower on the side of its head. It's movements were choppy and it kept falling down. I covered my mouth to hold in my aw's and coos.
I watched the group for longer than intended and smiled as i saw their small forms enter a hole by the roots of a large pink tree.
I let out a content sigh and stared up at the dark sky, "Materialize" i spoke aloud waiting for Yves to come out of his stone. He let out a yawn and curled up into my arms. "Hello sunshine." I said while patting his head.
"How are you feeling?" I asked softly, stroking his coat. "I should be asking you that question, but i am well." he spoke while escaping my arms and moving to float in the air.
"I'm good as well, Yves. Oliver has shown me his kingdom and is treating me quite well. They have agreed to help train me as well as fight against Damian and whoever his master is." Yves spun upside down and tilted his head.
"Yes, but at what cost?" He placed his paws on the soft dirt and sat by my feet. "Everything comes at a cost, my love." I tilted my head up to look at the stars.
"I don't know the cost yet, but i don't think it's entirely terrible. Oliver shows true emotions to me, and the oricals accepted me. That must mean something, right?"
He nodded, "but we must always tread with caution, yes?" I smiled back at his feline form and then directed his attention to the small creatures of the garden. Eventually, i walked him around the garden and barn, showing him what this world has to offer.

Back inside the castle, Olevarus knows not of a peaceful sleep as he awoke when she did. He heard her shuffling in the bathroom and smiled sleepily. He felt little to no worry as she left the room, taking one of his sweaters. He felt a sense of pride and joy, that his dilectus was wearing his clothes and his scent.
Knowing she would not go very far due to the fear instilled in her, but he still watched her from afar, allowing her distance. He was protective over her. He would not let her out of his sight, even though her deity stands by her side.
He smiled as she ogled at the plant children and touched the bright, glowing brush with her fingertips."My dilectus, my beautiful little flower. I do not deserve you." He thought, the little woman plaguing his mind. She would have him wrapped around her finger in little to no time, but she would not know if such joys yet.
The night staff must have thought him mad as they watched their King peaking over the corner of the castle walls. The maids smiled at one another and decided they will finish their duties outside, later. The two twins, identical in looks, would meet the Queen soon enough.

Sleepily, i dragged my body through the halls and back to Oliver's room where he was still fast asleep. Yves and i said our goodbyes and agreed to return to the gem until tomorrow morning. I quickly removed the shoes from my feet and slid into the space next to the beautiful man. With the slight movements of the bed dipping on my side, Oliver awoke.
His eyes were as almost as bright as the moon in this darkness. "Go to sleep, my flower." His voice, raspy. I nodded and lied back down next to him, my heart beating out of my chest. "Did he see me leaving?" Was the last thought that passed through my mind before falling asleep once more.
Olevarus, opened his eyes again and watched the beautiful little woman sleep. He brushed his finger tips against her skin and the blue glowing lights lit up like a forest fire.
"My flower."
