a/n: just before this starts i can't remember if i said what year he's in but he's in year 8 just cause this is relevant to this part onwards

i was back in my internal exclusion, this time with a plan, to get permanently excluded, expelled. i was going to tell mr grainger to 'shut the fuck up'. it would be easy, he comes in everyday to see how I was getting on. i wasn't doing anything as he entered the room "max, work" he pointed to the work on the desk, i still didn't move. "come on max, your behaviour needs to improve" mr grainger said. he sat down next to me "you need to do this" i was trying to wait for the right moment.

"if you don't do this i might have to permanently exclude you" i just looked at him and took a deep breath "why don't you, shut the fuck up" i laughed a little under my breath. i could see the anger grow on mr grainger's face as he blew up at me "THAT'S IT YOU OUT" he stormed out the room. i laughed a little more.

i waited for about ten minutes until mr grainger walked back in "come with me now" i sighed and stood up, i followed him down to the main office where i saw maria sitting on one of the waiting chairs. "here you go" mr grainger stepped to the side, maria got up and i could tell she was angry.

when we got home there were some people there and they had my stuff. "what's happening" i asked "were transferring you to a different foster home" the woman of the two said, she was medium height with short blond hair. they then began to take my stuff out to their car. "give maria your blazer and tie and come on" the man then spoke, he however was quite tall, he had blue eyes and brown hair that was slicked to both sides. he spoke with not too low of a voice.

i took off my blazer and tie and gave it to maria. "come on" the man patted my shoulder and led me out to the car. the woman was sitting in the drivers seat, she had started the car. i got in the back of the car and so did the man. i was surprised, i thought he was going to sit in the front.

"so max, were the people who keep an eye on you, we know that you stopped smoking which is fantastic" he smiled at me, i just rolled my eyes. "we'll be checking up on how your getting on in your new foster home" i nodded but i wasn't really listening. "so your up in a place just outside manchester called little hulton, these parents have 2 other younger children, the girl who is 6 is called naomi , the boy is 4 and is named oliver" he smiled at me again as he looked through some more paperwork.

when we finally arrived i think i had learnt ever single detail about this family and the town i was staying in. it didn't sound like a very good place, it probably will be. we pulled up to the house and what i'm guessing was the mum opened the door. i got out the car and i saw that she was smiling, i got my bags and walked in. their house wasn't that small but it also wasn't that big. their wallpaper looked like blue tack had melted on it and stained it. basically the interior decoration was shit.

"hi max i'm amanda, nice to meet you" she smiled and shook my hand. "and i'm justin" he shook my hand as well. "we'll show you your room" amanda said as she started to walk up the stairs. i followed her and we got to a room, it was smaller than the room i had before but it was spacious enough. "i hope you will enjoy it here" she smiled again.

it was the first day of my new school. at first i had to go in and have a meeting with the head teacher, i had to go in with amanda and justin. we sat in his office and we all had a little chat. "so max i believe that you were kicked out of your last school" i nodded because it was true. "we don't believe in things like that" he smiled at me, i nodded again.

i only actually got into classes for third period. i unfortunately had math, i didn't have a fucking clue who my teacher was but when i got in, 1 i was late and 2 he was a bland ugly fucker. he looked at me. "ah you must be max" he smiled at me "your seat is right up the back next to robert" i sighed and went and sat up the back.

me and robert we're talking a little, it wasn't very interesting cause it was math. "robert. would you care to answer this question" i laughed a little under my breath. "don't know" the teacher shook his head. "why's that" he asked. "can't work it out innit" the teacher rolled his eyes and got back to explaining. me and robert didn't do any work but turns out the teacher is the head of behaviour.

the rest of the day kind of sucked, nothing exciting happened. when i got home amanda and justin were making dinner for their kids. "max dinner will be ready in an hour so be ready" i scoffed a little. "i don't eat this early" i said as i went up the stairs and shut my bedroom door.
