luke's head failed to calm even after his third aspirin of the day, and all he could do was groan when his phone started to buzz dramatically again on the kitchen table. all he could do was hope it wasn't ashton calling him.
his prayers were somewhat answered when he picked up and it was sierra instead.
"thanks a lot for ditching me last night." she giggled, not even bothering with a 'hello'.
"you were shitfaced and chatting up.. people." luke bit his tongue so not to mention ashton's name just then. he wondered if asking her if she knew ashton had been at that party was a good idea, but decided against it.
"well, the soul purpose of me asking you to come with me yesterday was so that we could talk about things." she sighed softly. "nevermind though. guess we'll have to meet tonight to talk instead, minus all the booze and dancing." she decided cheerily.
"i can't." luke said quickly, panicking at that. "sorry."
"why not? as if you have anything better to do with your time." she scoffed. "please, lu? it's important." she pleaded.
"fine. i can only do half an hour though." luke rolled his eyes at the power she had over him.
"thanks! i'll see you at 6.30 outside The Cabin."
and she hung up.
