15: Lisanna

>Following< Lucy

"Im in love with Natsu!" Lucy declares, her voice faltering.

Cana's smirk grows larger. "Is that so, Lu-chan? Why don't you get say it to him, already"

"W-What?! I can't, I mean.." Lucy's expression softens as a frown appears onto her face. "I think he is in love with Lisanna. Those two must have been hanging out a lot since I've been gone."

"Luucyy.." Cana groans, "It is SO obvious that you two have feelings for each other. He said that he's taken you to the lake every day until you stopped going to classes. And so what if he's been hanging out with Lisanna more often. It doesn't mean he has feelings for her." Cana theorizes, shaping her fingers into a heart and holding it up to Lucy and Natsu.

"Or Natsu-san can be a feeling-less demon!" A voice says from next to Cana.

Lucy and Cana scream from the shock; seeing two blue-haired girls entering from the door frame. "J-Juvia, L-Levy!" Both of them stutter, still overcoming the shock.

"Natsu-san! You were supposed to wait for us!" Levy scolds, staring at the sleeping Natsu on Lucy's bed.

"You guys were too slow." Natsu mutters and he sits up. "At least we're seeing Lucy now."

"Natsu-kun," Lucy bursts out, "You're finally awake." She smiles brightly.

"Yeah, Natsu-san. Me and Lucy were just talking about you." Cana teased, her signnature smirk returning onto her face.

"C-Cana!!" Lucy shrieked, giving her the 'Don't-you-dare.' look.

"R-Really?" Natsu quavered, his cheeks becoming a little pink. "What about?"

"NOTHING!" Lucy yelled. "Just about how you were lazy enough to not wait for these three." Lucy lied, her cheeks also becoming pink.

Natsu smiles, "I just really wanted to see you, Lucy."

"KISS ALREADY!" Cana squeals along with Juvia and Levy.

"Eh?!?!" Both Natsu and Lucy scream, scampering away from each other. "Sorry, Natsu.. Uh, About these three."

Natsu nods his head. "Well, yeah. it's ok, I guess."

A series of fan-girling and silence fills the room.

Following Lisanna

It can't be. Lisanna thinks as she stands against the wall beside the door of Lucy's room. I am the only one for Natsu!

Because I am the only one that can love him!

"Juvia is going to Juvia's room." Juvia exclaims as she opens the door. Time for Lisanna stands still as Juvia lays eyes on her on the way out. "Lisanna-san?" She asks, shocked.

Words are unable to come out of Lisanna's mouth. She's just been caught eavesdropping on the worst conversation.. "Goodbye!!" She screams, running down the hallway and into the elevator.

She breathes heavily as the elevator shifts down. That was too close She thinks to herself. Either way, I can't let anybody want Natsu and Lucy together. Natsu is too impressionable. A determined look rises up to Lisanna's face. Natsu is going to be mine. Mine only!!

<><><>The Next Day<><><>

"Ok, Erza?" Lisanna asks, making sure Erza understood what I just said.

"What do you mean, Li-chan? You and Natsu aren't really cute-" Erza manages to say before Lisanna slaps her mouth.

"Shut up! We are too! Now, just tell him after he comes out of the change room, ok? I'll be behind the vending machine." Lisanna says roughly, shaking Erza's shoulders back and forth.

The knob the the Boys' Change Room turns as Lisanna swiftly runs to the vending machine.

"Oh, hey, Erza." Natsu greets as he lays his eyes on Erza. "What are you doing here?"

"Waiting for you." Erza says sternly. "I've just been thinking, do you like Lisanna?"

"W-w-why?" Natsu manages to say, stuttering violently. "Why that question so suddenly?!"

"Because you two are cute together!" She falters, lying clearly evident in her voice.

"Ugh." Natsu scoffs. "Don't bother trying to lie, Erza. Lisanna's around here isn't she."

"No!" Erza barks, glaring at Natsu, "I'm serious. I REALLY think you two are cute together. Ask her out this instant or I'm going to set my blade upon you!" Erza declares, raising her voice on the last sentence.

A glare grows on Natsu's eyes, "I'm not going to ask her out, Erza. I don't know who told you to do this, but I'm not liking it." With that he turned his back to Erza, walking down to the end of the hallway and down the following hallway.

"Gomenasai, Li-chan." Erza mumbles as she falls onto her knees.

"I-I'm.. I'm okay." Lisanna struggles to smile as tears dance down her cheeks. "I-I'm not hurt, at all..." She falls onto her knees as her palms hit the ground. "H-He never said he didn't like me, right? Then why can't the tears stop flowing.."

"Li-chan!" Erza calls while she gets back onto her feet. "Don't cry! Natsu's heart is covered with ice! It's normal when he replies like that." Erza walks over to the vending machine where Lisanna is and sits down beside her. "Don't worry. We just need someone who can understand you. And I know exactly who."

Ugh. Another short chapter. For some reason I thought it would be dramatic if I ended it here. Excuse my logic.

<Mini Announcement>

I'm thinking of writing a new story based off the anime 'Soul Eater' but I'm not sure if I can write these two stories at once. I wouldn't want to discontinue this book (Like what I ended up doing to 'Be Mine Again') because I love writing this book <3

I'll see how long it takes me to finish this one. If it's 3 months then I'll write the Soul Eater book alongside this one.
