"Get back to Kings Landing" Bronn insisted as he rode over to Jamie.
"I'm not abandoning my army" Jamie bit back as they readied themselves for the approaching Dothraki army just 100 miles south of Kings Landing.
"You're a commander, not a damn infinity man and those fuckers are about to sworm us".
"We can hold them off" Jamie insisted, but suddenly his face dropped as a screaming roar like Jamie had never heard before erupted across the plane.
Suddenly, over the horizon a huge black dragon appeared, its winds causing a rush of wind like a storm. Before Jamie could even contemplate what to do, the dragon stretched out its mouth and poured a rain of fire down on nearly half his men.
The smell of burning flesh and screams of men as they were burnt alive filled the air. Fearlessly, the dothraki army galloped through the flames and began to rain a new kind of terror on the surviving soldiers. Suddenly, scared men began to run back, trying to find some sort of cover. Jamie was now trying to command his men, ordering them to release the arrows on the dothraki and the dragon as it came back into sight.
The Lannister army were able to take down some of the dothraki, but still the swarmed in on them with a ruthlessly Jamie had never seen before. They were not scared of death and had a lust and thirst for blood as they jumped from the horses and cut down one man after the other. Another herd of dothraki where now flanking them from the right, releasing arrows into the line of Lannister men. The dragon had also flew back into sight, and mercilessly poured down its fire upon the 100 wagons which carried the gold from High Garden.
Jamie watched speechlessly as Cersi's gold was destroyed.
"Archers, to the line, follow me" He roared over the madness as he lined up him men to attack the dragon.
As the beast turned back around toward them, Jamie waited for the right moment to order him to release there arrows.
"Release" he yelled.
It was no use though, the arrows flew towards the dragon, but its scales were like armor and not a single arrow was able to pierce through.
Still the dragon powered on, burning everything within sight. The air was now filled with the ash of the dead, littering the sky like snow. Suddenly, Jamie found a new strength and courage. Grabbing a spike from some long dead body on the ground, he charged across the field towards the dragon which had now landed on the ground. Before he could get within throwing distance, the dragon turned its ugly head and opened it mouth, ready to burn Jamie alive.
Suddenly, Bronn appeared to the left and leaped the through air, pushing Jamie off his horse and away from the flames, landing with a hard splash into the river. The weight of Jamie's armor and golden hand was causing him to sink, until finally he reached the river floor and the light of the flames above caused the water to appear golden.
When Daenerys had finished slaying her enemies, she returned to Dragon Stone and was met by a glum looking Tyrion.
"Have you killed all our enemies then?" he asked as she stepped from the dragon.
"Just part of their army for now" she replied coldly.
"And this is the type of Queen you are to become. One which fills her people with fear and terror. One that is quick to burn those she hates alive?"
"I could not sit back any longer. You say they will make me a smart queen? But how is that different from a coward. I am the rightful ruler, yet so far all I have done is argue with northern men and sat back as my allies die".
"Speaking of Northern Men, we received a letter from one Jon Snow. It would seem they still concentrate on their battle with the dead. According to him, one of the very few ways you can kill the dead in through the use of dragonglass, which we have in abundance here. They ask you permission to return and mine for the material to make weapons in their upcoming battle".
"And what do you think?" she asked him.
"I think you should allow them. I truly believe they may be right in there fears and warning, perhaps you may rethink on your position with them. Put aside your differences for a brief time to help in the battle of the dead. Like Jon said, there is no point fighting over who will rule if the dead do come. And whilst our enemies lick their wounds from your recent victory, we may have some time to do so".
"Very well. Bring them here, but make sure this sister of his also joins us" Daenerys sighed before walking back towards the castle, leaving Tyrion alone on the beach to wonder on the fate of his brother.
