I hate this.
Everytime one of my colleagues makes any mistake at something I did with them and others realise that, I am everytime the person who get blamed for it.
And why?
Because I'm just the trainee.
Its ok to shout at me.
It's ok to insult me.
Because I am not allowed to say anything about this.
And even if I just want to justify myself, I get punished for it because they say i just use excuses.
