Poem # 89- Close Enough

51 2 1

Close enough,
For you to glance me,
For you to praise me,
To open up— continually still.

Just as I saw you,
Your ineffable charm
Shiver down my spine,
That took me out harm.

Just close enough,
For you to touch me—
Not now... yet still to thee
Just pardon me, let me breathe.

Pull me to your enchanting world;
Don't let my smile fade,
Into your utopian firm,
For you— close enough to make me squeal.

Close enough, my precious; let me be your queen or king.
