Castiel woke up with an unfamiliar coldness. As he groggily opened his eyes he noticed that Dean wasn't laying with him.

"Dean," Cas said as he sat up and looked for Dean. A couple of seconds later Dean walked in the room already dressed for the day.

He had on a black T-shirt some plain blue jeans and a flannel shirt tied around his waist.

"Angel get dressed, I'm taking you on a date," Dean said enthusiastically.

"What time is it" Castiel groaned thinking that it was too early to be going on a date.

"It's 1:00" you overslept baby. As Dean said that he walked over to Cas and laid a gentle kiss on his forehead.

Castiel eventually got up and got dressed, then they made their way to the impala saying bye to Bobby as they left.

"Where are we going," Cas asked once they started to drive.

"It's a surprise Angel" Dean laughed when he saw Cas's unamused look.

After a few minutes of driving and Cas persistently asking where they were going, they arrived at a cafe.

They got out and Dean reached for Cas's hand as they walked into the cafe.

Once they got inside and got settled into a booth a scrawny guy named Kevin came to take their orders.

"Hi, I'm Kevin I'll be your waiter today, are you ready to order."

"Yes," Dean responded for both of them.

"Two vanilla milkshakes and two slices of cherry pie," Dean said knowing that was Cas's favorite.

"I get all tingly when you take control like that" Cas said with made both of them start laughing.

"You're so beautiful, you know that" Cas stared into to Dean's eyes as he said it. "I don't know what I would do without you."

"Crash and burn" Dean responded and they both once again laughed.

After a few more minutes of them talking their food arrived.

"Slow down Dean, you're going to choke."

"But pie" Dean responded with his mouth full. To that Cas just smiled and took a sip of his milkshake just happy to be with Dean.

After they finished their food it was around five and the sun was starting to set.

"This was an amazing date," Cas said happily.

" it's not over yet" Dean responded as he started the drive to their next destination.

Cas was so happy that he didn't even bother asking where that was going because he knew were ever Dean took him it was going to be amazing.

They eventually arrived at a clearing. It was now dark outside and they both got out of the car.

"What are we doing here," Cas said looking curiously into Dean's beautiful green eyes.

"Well, I knew how much you loved the stars so I figured we could watch them together."

"This is amazing Dean," Cas said as he gave Dean a quick peck on the lips.

Dean sat on the hood of the impala patting the spot next to him, gesturing for Cas to come to sit, so he did.

They sat watching the stars for hours without talking, it was like at that moment they were the only people that existed.

They both looked at each other at the same time.

Dean got off the hood of his car and was confused at first until he realized what Dean was doing.

Castiel James Novak... ever since I laid my eyes on you I knew you were the one" he got down on one knee and pulled a small black box out his pocket "will you marry me"

"Yes, gladly," Castiel said as he hopped off the hoop and ran into Dean's open arms.

Castiel wasn't great at opening up to people but ever since Dean said the words "your my Angel" Cas knew he couldn't resist.
