Louis' POV

My family and friends really like Charlie and I'm glad that they do. I can't wait to tell everyone that she is my wife but for now, they just think that we're engaged.

Charlie turns to me and says, "I'm going to go talk to Alyson. I'll be right back." I giver her a quick kiss on the lips before she goes to talk to her friend. I hear a few people around us say "aw" and my cheeks heat up.

"She really is a keeper, Lou." Mom says.

"Tell me something I don't know." I tease as I watch Charlie laugh at something Aly had said.

"Have you spoken to Eleanor at all?" she asks out of nowhere and I try to control my temper at the sound of her name.

"Was I supposed to?" I grit my teeth.

Mom shook her head but then added, "It would be nice, though. After all, she was your first love and you can't just ignore her like that--"

"Forget about Eleanor, Mum! She's out of my life and I wish she was out of yours too." I admit.

Mom gasps in shock. "What has gotten into you? Why do you act so mean towards Eleanor all the time now?"

"Mum, she punched Charlie in the face while we were dating. Her jealousy got the best of her and she punched Char square in the nose!" I finally say. "Now how do you feel about your precious Eleanor?" I say and walk away before she can respond.

Harry's POV

I thought for sure that she would want me back but I was wrong. What's new? I could see it in her eyes that she wanted to get back together, or at least I thought I did. I need to get her off of my mind, just for tonight or until I'm home alone in my room.

6 glasses of wine later and I'm watching in envy and anger as Harper dances with someone who I believe is Louis' cousin. He's taller than her by at least four inches and he's not too bad looking. I've met him once and remember him to be a genuinley nice person.

Now I hate him.

There's hardly any little kids at this party and I see a few young adults grinding on the dance floor. Teens are doing it too and I feel like I'm at a f*cking school dance. Next thing I know, Harper is grinding on Louis' cousin and my blood begins to boil.

"Charlie!" I call and she spins around to me. "Come dance with me."

"Um, no." she says with a giggle. "I see your plan here and there's no way I'm grinding on you to spite Harper. Especially because everyone here knows that I'm with Louis."

I didn't even think about that. "Sorry, I forgot."

"Maybe you can ask Eleanor." she amirks and I consider the idea.

"I will." I decide and find Eleanor by Louis' mom. "Hey El." I greet her and she smiles before pulling me in for a hug.

"Harry! Long time, no see, huh?" she says and I agree. Despite what she did to Charlie, I still like her as a friend. Mistakes happen, right?

"Want to dance?" I blurt and she scrunches her nose while shaking her head.

"Can we just wait til a slow song comes on? I'm not really into dancing like that." she states and refers to the grinding that literally everyone is doing at the moment.

"Are you sure you don't want to dance now? I might be leaving here soon so..." I tell her.

"Sorry, but no thank you. We'll have to catch up sometime though. You could tgell me about your tour?" she offers and I nod before walking away to find someone who will actually get on that f*cking dance floor with me.
