Hey!!! I hope you guys are liking it so far! ~urememberme09

Everyone has their own little room on the second floor of the building. Mine is the smallest, because I have just been added. I fall back onto my matress and sigh. I am finally free from what I thought I'd never be. I still feel awfully guilty that I didn't avenge my family, but a main thought comes to my mind that makes me explode with happiness.

Maybe I can find my mom and Namn.

Just maybe, they're around here. Maybe they can give me answers about father, because let's face it: he's not normal. I try to fall asleep, but in all the action today, it seems impossible. Last night, I was planning on killing my father; sleeping in complete fear. Now, even if I don't really know who I'm with, I feel safer than I have in years.

A knock shakes me out of my thoughts.  "Come in." I say, getting up in sitting position. Fabian appears, lopsided grin and all.

"Hey, I figured you weren't asleep." He smiles and comes in. I smile weakly. My ankle is swollen like hell and I'm very confussed.

"Thank you, for your hospitality." I reply. "But I don't know why you took me in."

Fabian sighs and sits down next to me. He's looking at me, so I look down at the dusty floor. He leans into me, and I feel heat on my cheeks. "I know what you are."

My eyes widen before I can stop them and I gulp. He's clearly joking, right? I mean, he can't know I'm an angel.

"Do you now?" I croak, trying to sound unfazed. But I'm not, I'm screaming on the inside. Like usual.

"Don't play that game, Julian." He states, his voice is harsh. "I would never tell the others, but I knew the minute I saw you. Your eyes......" I automaticly cover up my eyes. Fabian clears his thoat. "They all have purple eyes." My head shoots up and stare at him.

Instead of being dark brown, like I thought. I noticed a gleam of dark, dark purple.

"You're an angel." Fabian finishes. I suddenly feel like a weight is lifted off my shoulders. I don't have to lie; at least not to Fabian.

"How did you know?" I ask curiously. However, I still can't look him in the eye.

"We have one of each here." Fabian explains.

        What?
