Bad dreams

Jake pov

Ness must have woke up kicking and screaming 5 times last night. I hate seeing her like this. She is in so much pain it hurts when she moves. She can't even open one of her eyes. Her being Ness acts like it's not as bad as it is. I don't know what's worse her dreams or her pain. After about the 4th bad dream I had Edward come and sing to her not that it worked I held her but nothing mad her feel any better. I don't know how to help her. I never felt so lost in my life.

"Nudger we are going to go hunting we won't be far and I have my phone on me" Bella said looking beyond worried. "Okay Mom take your time" Ness replied. "Do you need anything before we go"Bella asked. "No I'm going to take a bath and get some sleep, go hunting I will call you if I need you" Ness answered. "Okay Sweetie see you soon" Bella replied and walked out. "Bye everyone" Ness called as they all walked out looking nervous. I don't think any of them wanted to leave Ness." Babe you want to watch some tv" I asked sitting in the chair by her bed. "Yeah but I would love to get a bath first if you don't mind" she answered. "I will go run the water stay where your at" I said getting up. I ran into the bathroom.

I felled up the bathtub with hot water just the way she likes it. I walked back into the bedroom and sat beside Ness. I helped her get her pants off then her shirt. She had black and blue marks all over her chest, stomach and ribs. I could feel my blood boiling and I started to shake. "Jake can you please help me, a bath will make me feel so much better" Ness asked. I can't believe how bad he hurt her if she was human she would be dead. "Babe please help me" she asked again taking my hand. I pulled myself together to help her. "I'm sorry babe" I replied. I picked her up slow and carried her to the bathtub. I put her down in the bathtub. "Is it hot enough" I asked. "Your to hott for your own good" she said with a smile. I love that smile, she only makes it for me and only when she wants something or starting something that her I love Jake smile. And she making it to cheer me up. "Thanks Ness needed that" I said. "Anytime I know it must suck to see me like this, you kinda like me" she replied smiling. "It dose suck to see you like this. I know your in pain and I can't fix it and I'm kinda crazy in love with you" I replied smiling back at her. She laughed and asked "Can you hand me my soap please".

I completely forgot to get her soap yesterday. "I'm sorry babe I forgot to grab it" I told her feeling bad. "That's fine" she replied. "No babe if your okay I'll go get it and your robe I left my phone over at the little house too" I said looking at her. "I'm fine without it" she replied. Her cellphone started to ring in the other room. I ran to get it then ran back to gave it to her. "Hello" Ness answered the phone. "Mom I'm fine" she said after a second. "Let me talk" I said holding out my hand. I took the phone from her. "Hey Bells Ness needs her soap I'm going to run to the little house to get it keep her on the phone to I get back" I explained. "Okay I will" Bella replied. I gave the phone back to Ness "I'll be right back "I told her and ran out the door.

Nessy pov

I had a long night I didn't get much sleep I had nightmares all night. All I want is a nice hot bath and some sleep. Everyone went hunting only after I made them. I hate how upset Jake got when he seen me undressed but I got him to clam down. I'm good at calming him down Dad thinks it's fascinating that I can do it so easily. Jake had to run and get me my soap from the little house. So I have to talk to mom on the phone to he gets back. "Mom you don't have to stay on the phone with me I'm fine" I said laying back in the hot water. "I know that but I love your voice" she replied. "Ha ha Mom real funny" I replied. I heard the front door open as Mom laughed at me. "I just heard the door Jake is back" I said hoping she would let me go. "Ask Jake to take out the meat from the freezer so I can cook when I get home" she replied.

"You are sexy naked Renessmee". I looked up to see Tay standing. at the bathroom door. "Didn't I tell you not to tell anyone it was me" Tay asked looking at me. I couldn't move my whole body froze. "Get out of my house Tay" I yelled. "Shut up you little lying bitch" he snapped looking at me. "Edward Tay is in the house Jake is at the little house" Mom yelled. I could hear the wind in the background Mom is running home all of them will be now. "Get out Tay I didn't lie you do this to me" I said looking at him. He took a gun out of his pocket. "I said shut up I'm here for 2 reasons I'm going to finish were we left off and then I'm going to kill you" he said smiling. "Look please just leave" I begged. "You ruined my life so I'm going to take yours" he snapped. He pointed the gun at me. "Get up now" he snapped.

I pulled a towel over me and got up. "Get out the tub and walk to the next room" he snapped pointing the gun at me. "How did you find me Tay" I asked. "I went to the hospital and found out that your father took you home to take care of you so I came here and to my surprise your home alone" he said smiling. He walked over to me just as he got to me Jake walked back in the house.

Tay pulled me over and put the gun to my head. "I will kill her don't think about moving"Tay told Jake. "Ness are you okay" Jake asked. "Yes I'm fine, Jake just leave babe please he has a gun just go" I cried. "Oh yeah I forgot how much you love him maybe I should kill him too" Tay said pointing the gun at my head "Tay he has nothing to do with this" I said hoping Jake would just leave.

Jake was shaking bad I knew it was only a matter of time before there was a wolf standing in front of me. "Jake if you don't calm down he will shoot me babe please calm down for me" I said looking at Jake. "You think he can hurt me" Tay angrily asked. He pointed his gun at Jake and shot him 2 times. Jake fell back to the wall. "Jake" I yelled. Jake pushed himself up and ran at Tay. Tay shot him in the leg Jake fell through the window.

"Now where were we" Tay asked slapping me in my face. "What did you do" I asked running for the window but Tay grab me by my hair and yanked me back. "Did I say you could go anywhere" Tay asked. "Please let me check on Jake, please" I cried. "No no no don't worry about him, I'm the only man in your life now" he said and punched me in the face. "Your all ready for me now let's finish what we started"Tay said pointing the gun at me. He got on top of me and pulled off the towel. "Stop please let me check on Jake please" I cried not caring about what happens to me. "Didn't I say I'm your man now" Tay said pushing his hands up to my breast.

Jake grab him by his neck and knocked the gun out of his hand. Tay looked at Jake shocked and scared. "You tried to kill and rape my fiancee 2 times. I wasn't there the first time you got her, you beat her almost to death and you come back to try and do it again" Jake snapped holding Tay against the wall. Dad came running in the house. He looked at me then at Jake and Tay. "Jake give him to me and sit down" Dad said walking towards them. "No Edward I'm going to kill him myself" Jake snapped with clenched teeth. Jake had blood all over his shirt and coming down his leg and head. Everyone came running in the house. Jake still had Tay by the neck. "Grandpa he shot Jake" I yelled. "Jake your bleeding let us take care of him son" Grandpa said looking at him. "No he tried to kill her 2 times I'm going to kill him" Jake snapped. "Babe I need you please come here Jake please" I cried. He looked over to me. "He tried to kill you Ness" Jake said looking at me. "Babe let them deal with him I need you now please" I cried. "Edward take him get him away from her now" Jake snapped. Dad took Tay and Jake walked over to me. "Grandpa please come help him" I yelled. "Babe are you okay" Jake asked me. "I'm fine I need you to sit down" I answered. "Jacob I need you to sit on the bed" Grandpa said looking at Jake. "Jasper go get my bag. Jake I'm going to take off your shirt I need to see where you were shot at" Grandpa said looking at Jake. "Okay Car" Jake said then passed out on the bed.

My world stopped spinning in that moment. "Grandpa help him" I cried. Uncle Jasper came back with Grandpa's bag. "His heart stopped I need room Jasper get her out of here please" Grandpa said. "No I can't leave him wake up babe, Jake wake up please" I cried over his chest. "Renessmee you have to let Carlisle work on him honey" Uncle Jasper said pulling me off the bed.

I saw the gun on the floor as I stood up. I picked it up and walked out the room before anyone could stop me. "Bella get her" Dad yelled as I pointed the gun to Tay's head. "Nessy you have to give me the gun" Mom said sounding scared. "Dad is going to kill him why can't I. He killed Jake and tried to kill me I'm going to kill him" I yelled. "Jake's died" Mom asked so low I almost didn't hear. "He killed him" I yelled. "Honey Jake is alive he didn't kill him" Dad replied. "Dad I saw him pass out, Grandpa said his heart stopped he killed him. I can't live without him and he killed him" I cried. "I can't live without Jake I can't" I cried dropping the gun on the floor and fell to my knees." I will die without him" I cried. Mom wrapped her arms around me as I cried. There was a knock on the door. Aunt Alice let the 2 cops from the hospital in. They read Tay his rights and took him away. I sat on the floor in a ball the whole time crying. Mom didn't leave my side at all. I can't live with out Jake he is my whole life. We are getting married. Our life together hasn't even started how could he be gone. I won't live without him I will die I will kill myself. "Edward I need your help in here" Grandpa yelled. "Jake isn't gone Nessy he will be okay" Mom said holding me. She held me and cried with me only without tears. "I can't live without him" I cried over and over. Mom loves Jake to I know this is hard on her to but she has Dad. Jake is just her best friend, Jake is my everything. I sat there for what seemed like ever. Mom made me move to the couch. Aunt Rose cleaned me up and gave me clean clothes. I'm not sure who dressed me. All I could think about was Jake. I can't lose him.
