The big surprise

Jake pov

We got in the van Bells had Ness in her arms. Carlisle was driving faster then I have ever seen him drove Edward said it was a 4 hour drive. Ness was in and out of it most of the ride. Bells held her and told her how much she loved her the whole ride. It was hard for Ness to talk much. She cried a lot. She looked so bad. Her eyes were swollen and bruised shut. Her lips were puffy she had a big cut across her nose she had cuts and bruises all over her face. I really hope that was as bad as it got but she keep saying how her stomach hurt and she is thirsty. She reached out her hand for me I took it and held it the 2 and a half hours it took us to get back home. Bells carried her in the house and into the room with all the medical supplies we stayed in after Tay. Chance was doing great thanks to Ness. Carlisle followed us in the room and asked everyone to leave Ness begged him to let me Bells and Edward to stay. Carlisle asked me and Bells to stay back and he asked Edward to help him. When they took off Ness's clothes she had bruises all over her body. They work on her for what seemed like forever. There was a out loud laughing noise coming from the living room a few seconds later Emmett and Jasper came in each carrying a mountain lion in there arms. "Carlisle told us Ness needed to feed" Emmett said looking at Bella. Jasper shook his head in agreement with Emmett. Ness grab her throat. Emmett's lion was waking up he punched it in the face. "They are alive" Bells asked. "We wanted them fresh" Emmett answered.

Emmett took the lion over to Ness. "Can she drink Carlisle" Emmett asked. "Yes I think that would help" Carlisle asked. Emmett broke the lion's neck then put the lions neck to Ness's mouth but she was to weak to move. I walked over and cut the lion and placed it over Ness the blood dripped in her mouth after a little while Ness lifted her head and drank from the lion herself when she was done. Carlisle said "Her heart beat is becoming stable. "Then give her the other lion" I replied. Jasper broke the lions neck and brought it close to Ness she didn't need help. She finished the lion faster then the first one. Ness laid her head back and Carlisle went back to work. "How dose your stomach feel now" Carlisle asked. "A little better" Ness answered. "Edward we need a ultrasound to make sure there is no internal bleeding" Carlisle told him. "I will go get the ultrasound machine .That will take a couple hours it's still in Forks" Edward replied. He gave Ness a kiss on her forehead. "I love you Daddy thanks for finding me" Ness whispered. "Your my daughter I love you more then anything Renessmee" Edward said and kissed her on her head. "I love you too Daddy forever" Ness replied.

Edward left to go to Forks. "I'm going to get what I need from the hospital" Carlisle said and kissed and said "Ness I love you darling". "I love you too grandpa" Ness replied. I walked over to Ness bed. "Hey babe how are you feeling any better" I asked. "Yeah a little, I'm sorry I worried you so bad" she answered. "Ness you did nothing wrong other then you telling me to move on and have kids" I replied. "I want you happy Jake that's all I know you want kids" she replied. "I have a big family Ness that is all I need" I replied. "But I want to give you kids I want you to have it all" she said in tears. "I have it all with you Ness and one day we can adopt if you want" I replied wiping her cheeks carefully. "It's not the same Jake and you know it. That baby won't be yours. You should think about us breaking up. I don't want to take from your life. I think we need to think about that" Ness replied shocking me. "I just got you back I can't lose you I love you Renessmee with all my heart please don't leave me" I replied low. "I don't want to your my world I just want you happy" she cried. "Your the only way I can be happy" I replied. "I'm sorry babe" she replied."I just need you to get better so I can make you Mrs.Renessmee Cullen Black" I replied. "I want that more then anything in the world"she said making me happy. "Then don't talk like that" I replied. "I'm sorry" she apologized.

"How much pain are you in" I asked. "Some more hungry then anything" Ness answered. "I will cook as soon as you can eat" Bella replied. "You can tell me are you in pain don't keep it in" I said rubbing her head. "I'm in a lot of pain but I'm home now. I really need to see Chance" she answered honestly. "I will get him" Bella replied. I sat in the chair next to the bed. "I was scared Ness I can't live without you" I said with tears running down my cheeks. "I am here babe I'm sorry I worried you" she replied. "It's not your fault" I said holding her hand. Rose walked on with a crying Chance. "I'm sorry but he won't stop cry" Rose said rocking the baby. "Let me try" Ness suggested. As soon as he seen Ness he stopped crying and smiled. "Put him down next to me" Ness said. Rose put Chance in bed with Ness. "I missed you baby boy" she said then started to sing to him. Chance curled up to her side and went to sleep so did Ness.

We all looked at each other not sure what to say. "They have been through so much together it's only natural they would be so close" Bella said looking at them. "I love you Chance" Ness said in her sleep. Then she was singing to him in her sleep. Carlisle walked in a hour or so later. He moved some hair out of Ness's face. Ness jumped up and put the baby under the bed. "It's okay honey" Bella said looking at her. Ness looked around confused. "I'm sorry" Ness said and picked up Chance and got back in bed. "It's okay sweetie go back to sleep I'm not going anywhere" Ness said kissing Chance on the head. I didn't know what to say or do and by the looks on Rose and Bella's face they were just as confused.

Carlisle said "I needed to run some test, Chance can come back a little later". "Go with Mommy, baby and I will see you soon Mommy won't hurt you she loves you sweetie"Ness said putting her hand on his cheek and showed him something. "I love you sweetie" she said and gave the baby to Rose. Chance smiled at Rose and they left the room. "What did you show him" Bella asked. "I showed him how much Aunt Rose loves him, he's just been through a lot" Ness answered. Carlisle kissed her and said "So have you".

Carlisle hooked up the ultrasound machine as soon as Edward got home. "I have to see what this bump growling in your stomach is" Carlisle explained as he put jelly on her stomach. He ran the probe over her heart first Carlisle turned the volume to the machine up. "Your heart appears to looks fine" Carlisle said after a few minutes. He moved the probe down to hers stomach and his mouth dropped open. I could hear 3 heartbeat then. "What is that" I asked confused. "The loudest is Nessy's heartbeat and the other 2 are your babies heartbeats" Carlisle answered sounding shocked. "My babies" me and Ness repeated at the same time. "You said I couldn't have kids Grandpa" Ness said before Carlisle could say anything. "I told you I didn't think you could have kids but you're pregnant with twins and from the blood earlier it was triplets but I'm sorry Renessmee 1 of the babies was lost from what I can see" Carlisle explained.

My whole body was shaking that crazy bitch killed one of our babies. Ness was crying I was shaking hard I walked back to the door I exploded into my wolf form I didn't mean to but I was so upset. "Diona killed my baby. Jake babe I need you please" Ness cried. I sifted back and was at here side in a second. Edward passed me some pants I put them on. "Babe I'm so sorry" I apologized. She was crying hard. "They killed one of our babies, I'm so sorry Jake if I knew I would have found away to protect them the way I did with a Chance" Ness cried. "You did nothing wrong" I said trying to comfort her.

Bells and Edward looked scared to death. "Carlisle will she be okay" Bella asked. "I don't know, I can't see them just hear the heartbeats but that's more then what we had when you were pregnant" Carlisle answered. "I'm keeping them. I don't care what any of you have to say these are my babies and I will fight just like Mom did for me" Ness said. "This is different Renessmee your young and your body has already been through so much" Bella replied sounding terrified. "Your right I'm young and because Diona took me one of my babies died already, I will fight and my babies will live" Ness snapped looking towards Bella. "Jake will you talk to her" Bella said looking at me. "Can you all please give us some time" I asked.

They all left the room without saying anything. "Jake I'm having our babies" Ness stated right away. "I love you I can't lose you" I replied. "Jacob if you fight against me on keeping my babies, I will never forgive you and I could never be with you"she replied surprising me. She put her hands on her stomach. "These are our babies and one was took from us" she said with tears rolling down her cheeks. "I need you to understand how much I already love them. Don't make me pick them or you"she said and paused. I felt the way I did when Bells told me don't make her pick between Edward and me. I looked at Ness. "Jake I will pick them over everyone even you, I hope you would do the same they are your babies too" she said and took my hands and put them to her stomach. At that moment I loved them even more then I already did. My heart grew 3 times it's size. "I love them too Renessmee and we will fight for them together" I promised. "Thanks Jake I know your worried but I have a good feeling about them" she replied.

I laughed even though I didn't find anything fun. "What's so funny" she asked. "Your Mom said the same thing when she was pregnant with you" I answered. "And look at how great that all turned out" she said laughing but I knew she was in pain. "Babe right now we need to get you better that's important for the babies to" I said worried. "I know I'm in a lot of pain I think I'm going to try to sleep" she replied. She put her hands on her little bump. "Mommy is going to take care of you I love you so much" she said yawning. I'm not sure if she closed her eyes because they were so swollen already. She laid down with her hands on her stomach. I put one of my hands on the little bump when I thought she was asleep.
