Chapter 22

Cordelia's p.o.v

I woke up the next morning to find that Finn already left. I remember him telling me last night that him and John were going to find more edible things for us to eat. It felt great that John and I were now on our way to being friends again, I really did miss him even after being sent to the skybox.

Being sent here was a dream come true. Not only did I get to walk on the Earth and explore it but I also got to rekindle my friendship with Murphy and make some new friends, as well as enemies. But at least my brother is now by my side after 3 years. Just wish mom was here.

Getting up from the comfy bed and changing into clean clothes, I made my way to the drop ship. Upon arrival I saw Clarke giving Jasper a check up "How are you feeling bro?" I asked walking over to them and he smiled.

"I feel great Delia, what ever that green stuff the grounders placed on my wound really kept me alive, but Clarke's antidote did the magic. I'm almost fully healed," he exclaims and I smile.

"Im glad you are ok," I say before walking over to check on Aidan.

He was sitting up on his makeshift bed, an ice pack pressed onto his head. "How's your head Aidan?" I ask checking the bandages on his arms, they didn't need to be changed quite yet.

"Well it's not throbbing as bad and the swelling is gone down remarkably," he says looking up at me and I nod.

"That's good, are you experiencing any memory loss or dramatic flashbacks?" I ask and he shakes his head.

"No I remember everything, and there are no flashbacks," he confirms and I smile.

"So there is no brain trauma, but you have a mild concussion so it's best to stay here for a few more days so we can monitor you while you rest," I state.

"Alrighty then, thanks Cordelia," he says.

"No problem," I replied before walking back over to Clarke.

"Where's Raven?" I asked after not seeing the brunette in her bed. She wasn't as badly hurt as Aidan but she still should be resting after that head wound she got.

"Oh I said she could go. She made a fast recovery, I think Bellamy told her to watch over the meat shed," the blonde explains and I nod.

"Ok as long as she didn't leave without being dismissed," I say before leaving the drop ship.

As I made it outside Finn and Murphy were just getting back from their food hunt. They had various berries, nuts, fruit and leaves piled in baskets. They gave them to some people to sort through before walking over to me.

"I just saw a neon butterfly," Murphy says with wide eyes which made me laugh.

"You are starting to sound like Octavia," Finn says mimicking the girl with his best impression.

"I'm sure it was magnificent Murphy, if only you had got a picture of it," I state with a sigh.

"Me too, but I bet you could draw it," he says before going over to the fire.

"Your female voice is terrible," I say looking over at Finn who gives me a look of fake hurt.

"I beg your pardon," he exclaims placing his hand over his heart.

"You heard me Finn," I say before walking to the fire.

"That I did Sunshine, that I did,"..........

Sorry it's been a century since posting on this, school is stressful and I failed a test for the first time in my life so I've gotta bring my marks up and focus on school but since there was no school today here I am updating, I hope you like it and thanks for reading.
