Chapter 24

Raven's p.o.v

I watched Cordelia from across the campfire, she was talking to Murphy who was sat next to her. I don't know what they were talking about but they were laughing non the less. Then suddenly Murphy began tickling her and she burst into fits of laughter and thats when I had a thought.

What if she doesn't like my Finn, she might like Murphy. If that's the case I just need Murphy to fall in love with her and I can have my Finn back. Afterall he is mine and I will stop at nothing to get him back. It was time to set my plan in motion....

-the next day-

Cordelia's p.o.v

What better way to spend the day, then by skinning rabbits, deers and squirrels with Aidan. I didn't mind it though, plus none of the other girls wanted to do it. Like it wasn't that bad, plus it's one of our main food sources.

As our worked commenced, I couldn't help but notice that Aidan kept looking over at Clarke who was helping Jasper set up more tents as some of ours were damaged due to weather. There had been some killer storms passing through from time to time.

"You like her don't you?" I asked looking up at him as he turned away from Clarke to look at me, his face becoming flushed by the second.

"Maybe a little," he says shly which wasn't like him. Since he arrived at camp Aidan was seen as an outgoing person, he really liked talking to people and always finished tasks that he set his mind to. So it was weird seeing him so quite and closed off.

"You can just tell her you know, she's bound to find out. People around here aren't so promising about keeping secrets," I informed him as I tied up a freshly skinned rabbit so I could dry the meat.

"How do I know that you won't tell anyone," he asks sceptically.

"For 14 years of my life I was a secret. I know what happens when one gets out. Some end nicely while others dont." I remind him and he nods.

"Alright, I'll tell her eventually," he says and I sigh.

"Just don't wait to long otherwise someone else might creep up and take her from you," I say with a small smile.

After finishing up my job for the day I headed back to my tent. I wanted to take a small nap before helping Clarke in the dropship later. As I walked in my eyes grew wide, I can't believe what I was seeing. I gasped before running out of the tent, tears falling down my cheeks as I ran into someone.

"What's wrong Delia?" They asked and I looked up to see John his eyes filled with concern. I looked up and said one word "Finn"........

Ok before you all tell at the cliffhanger I'm just going to tell you that Finn isn't dead. Not that you were thinking that anyway lol. Anyway I hope you like it and there will be some drama in the next few chapters. Thanks for reading.
