VICTORIA'S JOURNAL
July 16, 2005
I suppose it's been a few days since I wrote in here last. Whatever. It's MY journal. But I made a huge discovery yesterday. I don't know what it is. I've got to go. There's a giant spider in my house.

Okay, so I found an egg. Or I think it's an egg. I was adventuring around my camp when I found a strange shiny thing poking from behind a tree. When I looked and saw what it was, you could say I was excited for some food! It was a nest full of two juicy-looking bird eggs and a rock. Or what I think is a rock. I don't know what it is. I was about to take them when I saw a note carved into the tree. It read:
HELLO MY FELLOW CASTAWAY,
PLEASE DO NOT TAKE MY EGGS. THEY ARE MINE. I RAISE BIRDS. AND A DRAGON. GO AWAY.
-SPENCERI didn't know what to believe at first because obviously, this person didn't want me to take their eggs. But "Spencer" said something about a dragon? There are no such things. I have no idea what to believe. Was the giant blue egg with gold speckles a dragon egg. It was doubtful. Ugg. I need to sleep. It's late. I'm guessing around midnight.

I've decided to go to the egg sight again and take them. I know what the note said but I am soooo hungry. There is nothing to eat and I am starving to death. Okay, I am going to do this. LATER HATER!

I am cooking the bird eggs and I have the "dragon egg" sitting next to me. It is magical. Anyway, I left my place and went over to the egg sight. They were still there. I grabbed the two bird eggs and put them in my jacket. Then the dragon egg I held with both my hands. I scratched a note into the tree. "I'm sorry I took your eggs. -Victoria" is what it read. Then I stumbled back to my camp and began to cook the eggs. And I will always sit next to my egg.

I am exhausted. I ate both of my eggs. They were delicious. My blue and gold-speckled egg is named... Spencer.
