Will's POV

Okay, what the-

Okay. We're going to England. Fine. Fine. Just throw that out there. No need to give us a warning. We thought it would just be a normal quest. But England. That's cool. I'm defiantly not made. Nope. Not mad. Not mad that the gods just ALWAYS HAVE TO BE SO DRAMATIC!!!!!!! I looked over to the others to see what they thought of this. Piper was staring at Apollo incredulously and Hazel was rubbing her forehead.

My boyfriend however had a more vocal reaction. "WHAT IN HADES????" Oh no. The grapevines on the walls began to whither, and the room started to darken. Nico was standing in the middle of the room, his teeth and fists clenched. "Uh, Neeks?" I asked grabbing his hand feeling slightly nervous. His hand was cold and stiff, but he relaxed, and leaned into me. I had a talent for calming people down. "Sorry." He mumbled into my shoulder.

Chiron looked at us sympathetically. "I'm sorry you four, but Hecate insists. I know it's inconvenient-" "Inconvenient?" said Hazel stepping toward Chiron. She let out a laugh. "Yeah. Good way to put it. We're going to England, a completely different country, with different culture, and you call it inconvenient?" she said incredulously. Chiron shifted uncomfortably. "Yes. I know it's a bit strange, but it is necessary. A slight problem has come up in England, and we won't-"

"Explain more here, yeah we know." grumbled Piper flopping back down onto the couch. "Be grateful that we're the ones assigning you the quest." said Hecate gliding forward. "The other gods are skeptical, but once they realize that your powers are inevitable, they'll assign you more quest's than souls in the underworld. And they'll be extremely dangerous." Aphrodite let out a harsh laugh. "Like this one isn't dangerous." she mumbled. I saw Nico frown. I looked back at Aphrodite. For once, she was deathly serious. Hecate just rolled her eyes.

"They're going undercover. It'll be fine." Nico sat up next to me. "Undercover?" he said sounding nervous. "We've already said to much." said my dad gravely. Hecate nodded. Aphrodite turned to us her hand on her hip as she examined her manicure. "Well, you heard him. Go pack!" I was attacked by a swirl of rose petals and a second later a was in the Apollo cabin. No-one was there. Last time I checked, everything I needed was in the Underworld, so why was I here?

The cabin was eerily quiet. Sunlight filtered through the windows and fell on the maple floor. It felt strange to be here again. Not one thing had changed, but it still felt different. Off.

"Right. Down to business." I whirled around and saw Aphrodite standing in front of the door. "Um, business?" I was nervous. It's hard not to be if you're cornered by the goddess of love. But she was smiling, so it didn't look like she was about to kill me. Her smile looked like Nico's smile. I looked at my shoes. Gods, Nico. Even when we were about to leave for a quest, I could't stop thinking about him. That boy was going to be the death of me. "Actually, he's your life, but think what you want to think." I looked back up at Aphrodite. "What?" I said slightly startled.

"Nico. He's your life, not the death of you. Honestly, I don't understand how humans came up with that concept." She said rolling her eyes. "Anyway..."

"Somethings going to happen on your quest. You saw Nico drawing in his notebook right?" I nodded. Nico had two notebooks. One of them was brown, and one was black. He always used the black one for when he had nightmares. He said he didn't want to be reminded of his nightmares when he was drawing. I understood. Demigod nightmares weren't usually things you'd want to remember.

"His nightmares are becoming more frequent. You're going to have to help him." I frowned. "I thought I was already helping him." Aphrodite looked at me sadly. "You're going to have to help him control them. The place you're going, if it gets out that he's having nightmares that bad... Let's just say it wouldn't be very good." She waved her hand and I caught her wipe away a tear before I ended up in our common room in the Underworld. Okay, that was strange. But I wonder why Nico needed to control his nightmares?

Before I could ask Aphrodite about this, I was in our Underworld common room. I smiled. It felt great to be back here.

The door of our dorm opened and I saw Nico trying to tug a large trunk through the door. I smiled and went to help him. I walked up behind him and wrapped my arms around his waist. He jumped startled, and let out a soft squeak. I smiled into the shorter boy's shoulder. He was so cute!

He relaxed and melted into my arms. "Hey Will." He said. I let go and stood beside him.
"Need some help?" I asked. He nodded. Soon enough all four of us had dragged the large trunks into the common room. Piper blew a strand of hair out of her face. "What took you so long?" asked Piper as she sat down.

I threw a glance at Nico, who was in next to one of the bookshelves with Hazel. I sighed and sat down next to her. "Your mum wanted to talk. Something about Nico's nightmares...." Piper looked at me worried. "Yeah. About that. I was thinking, if you're going to be able to sense each others emotions, does that mean you'll be able to feel Nico's fear when he has a nightmare?" Well. There's another question to add to the list. "I'm not sure. Probably... but I don't get how I'm supposed to help him." I looked over at the son of Hades, who was now playing a playful piece on the piano for Hazel. I honestly didn't know what to do. Where were we going? And why was it so important that Nico kept his nightmares secret?
