Everything was black and empty I couldn't see or hear anything it was silent and cold...
I remember waking up with doctors surrounding me and putting tubes and needles all in me.. I didn't know what was happening.
~flashback~
I remember crashing into the guard rail, and I remember flying through the windshield and landing on something that was very sharp.. I instantly felt pain all throughout my body except my legs I couldn't feel anything in them at all.. I even wondered if I still had my legs.. then I remember hearing Colby... "Jake.. Jake can you hear me bro??"
"I can hear you.... Colby I have a question... where are my legs? I can't feel them"
~present time~
"Daddy... daddy.. daddy"
I can hear my son, but I didn't see him.. was I asleep and dreaming.. I then realized I was in a coma.
I could hear the doctors telling my girlfriend, hayley, that they don't think I'll make it.. soon after that she begins to cry.. I wanted so badly to live not only for her, my son or Colby but I wanted to live to be able to do everything I always dreamed of.. I want to watch my son grow old and start a family of his own, I want to watch my friend, Colby accomplish all his dreams, but most importantly I want to marry my girlfriend... but I'm in so much pain.. it's unbearable.. I can't hold on much longer, I wanna let go... suddenly I hear my girlfriend telling my son to tell me I can go... "go dada" "now tell daddy you love him, Jacob" my girlfriend said crying.. " wuv you daddy".. next I hear Colby "Jake, I love you and I promise I'll take good care of Jacob and Hayley, if you decide to go that's fine.."
I started to hear my parents they were sobbing so I knew Hayley was going to make things right with them , now I hear my girlfriend "babe, I love you and I want to thank you for loving me as much as you did even though it was cut short, and I want to thank you for blessing me wit our wonderful son, if you decide to go me and Colby with make sure, Jacob knows how much you loved him.."
Shortly after I hear all that I remember seeing lights.....
