I woke up to the noise of Vince throwing up. See, what did I say. I would be the one taking care of him while he's making a mess of himself. Though I could have stayed in my own room but the only difference there would be is being waken up by Jessica vommitting and not helping her. But Vince was my friend, and I loved Vince enough to take care of him.

I got a towl out from the bathrooms cabinet, getting a lovely sight of Vince hurling into the to what once was a clean white toilet to a now icky yellow, though I am surprised he made it to the bathroom, I'm so proud. Let us all give a around of applause to Vince, aren't we all proud mothers.

I place the towl next to his side and patted his back. "There, there."

His face came up for oxygen and he just stared at me. "Do we have any medicine for head aches?" He choked out.

I stared at his face for a bit longer, his eyes were blood shot, he was flushed yet too pale and his lip was busted.

"Yeah, I think I have some in my room." I replied late.

"Will you get me some?" He asked.

"Sure thing." I got up and walked out the door.

I walked into my dorm just to find another victom of drugs, alcohol and a horrible case of a gruesome hangover, Jessica. She was vommitting in a small trash can that was on her side. I looked her up and down and rolled my eyes.

"Don't roll eye at me." She couldn't make a correct sentence.

"Go to fucking bed." I replied. Her face was priceless, she was smart enough to know she would sound stupid if she tried to reply and she was to prideful to sound stupid. Though she didn't have enough pride to keep herself away from what smelled like American Honey and Jack Daniels on her breath.

I got out of the cabinet the bottle of Ibuprofen.

"Can I have one of dem?" Jessica asked.

"These?" I raised my eyebrows and shook the bottle causing the pills inside to shake around.

She nodded. "Hell no." I replied and walked out of the room.

As you can see, I still hated her.

I walked out the door and of course I wasn't paying attention and ran into somebody and fell on my ass. I looked up, oh God.

Shanes' blue eyes were staring down at me, I stared back. I didn't know what to say, WHAT DO I SAY?

He lent his hand toward me to help me get up but I didn't take it, I just stared.

I got up on my own and started to walk away.

"Mary..please wait." He whispered.
