I ran faster and faster.
Red roses, red roses. Red roses them two words were calling to me.
Bloody red roses fell from the sky.
I picked one up, it was all bloody. Blood trickling through my fingers.
"Red roses of the dead.." I whispered to myself.
I started running with the rose still in my hand.
"Mary! Mary! Where are you!?" I heard someone yell for me, it sounded like Jacob but I was to scared to turn back for more tricks to be pulled.
A burning substation begun in my hand.
The rose! It's on fire! I threw the rose on the ground and ran.
I ran far enough to see the road.
Real rain was still pouring down on me.
I cried and cried.
I ran into the street nearly getting ran over by a car.
I looked through the wind shield and saw Shane with his mouth dropped staring at me.
I was drenched in the spring rain.
His mom honked at me and I ran off.
"Jump." The word jumped to me.
SHANE'S POV. (: <3
She looked like a wreck.
"Mom I need to get out for a minute." I said.
"What? No, we have to go now!" She yelled at me angry.
"No." I said and got out of the car.
I didn't have my skate board so I couldn't get to Mary as fast. I jogged threw the streets looking for her.
I then heard a deadly, bloody scream. Mary. No. . .
MARY'S POV. (:
I looked down a alley and saw some spiral stair case leading to the top of a tall building.
I ran up them all. I finally reached the top of the building.
I could see the whole town from up here.
It was all on fire.
Burn burn burn baby burn.
Half was flooding while the other side was burning. Screams all over the place.
I started to cry. Why oh why.
I was so scared. I was shaking all over. I felt so wet from the spring rain I thought I was melting.
Shivering it was the cold rain yet I felt like I was being burned by lava.
"Jump Mary, jump. Paralyze yourself. Kill yourself. Death lyes below you, now jump to reach it!!!" A scream in my ear.
"God! Oh god! I'm letting you go! I'm letting you go!" I let out a deadly, bloody scream.
I took off my shoes.
"I'm letting go!!!!" I screamed.
I got to the edge of the building looking down.
The fire was waiting for me to drown.
I was ready. Death was calling my name.
It was finally my time.
I closed my eyes and took a breath real slow, this moment I was truly alone.
I put one foot off the edge then i
exhaled.
I proceeded with the other.
