[2 weeks later]

"Hyung I'm starting to like it here. Good food especially jokbal and great people as well."

"Yeah, that's why I'm living here now."

"Hyung can I live with you here? I'll look for a job of course. I don't wanna be a freeloader."

"Haha sure! you can stay as long as you want!"

In the afternoon, I decided to take a walk to the park when I noticed a group of people huddled up in front of a public bulletin. I got closer and saw that they were job hunters looking at postings. Nothing really got my attention since most were the usual. In restaurants, bakeries, convenience stores and the like except one.

"Ohh that's a new one. Don't think there are any entertainment companies back home. I'll try this one" I thought. So, I quickly got my phone and went to the website. A couple of questions later and I now have a scheduled interview.

[Fast forward]

Day of the interview came and I asked my cousin to help me look good. He let me borrow his suit and tie. "You look like a secret service agent" your cousin said with a laugh. "If only you had a suit and tie that isn't in black then that wouldn't be the case now would it?" I retorted with an annoyed face. "Hey you look good. Relax, you have an interview coming up."

I took a cab towards the address in the email.

I got to the front desk and confirmed my appointment. "Yes sir, you are appointment is in 10 minutes. Please take a seat and we'll just call you" the front desk lady said.

I sat down and looked around noticing the various portraits of what seems to be album jackets and faces that I didn't recognize.

"Mr. Y/N, please follow me" the lady waved at me. I got up and followed her to a room. As she opened it, I saw JYP himself but I didn't know who he is yet. I bowed to greet him and went inside.

"Ahh Mr. Y/N welcome. Please take a seat." He gestured towards the empty seat in front of his table. "I see you are a foreigner but that's not a problem. This is open to everyone." He said while scanning my application. "So, let's get straight to the point. Why should we hire you?"

"Honestly, I don't know. I just arrived here in Korea a few days ago and I just recently decided to live here and just wanted to look for a job to support myself so I don't freeload." I said worriedly but honestly.

"I see. What made you decide to live here?" JYP asked.

"I fell in love with the place. Everything is so modern compared to back home. The food is great. Didn't think I'd ever eat pig intestines but sundae just tasted so good. People are quite friendly as well. Especially if you try to talk to them in Korean. I just can't get enough of the mother-like smiles of the market Ahjummas."

"I see. Anything more to add?" he said.

"I may not have a lot of experience in this particular kind of business but I'm ready to learn and I'm a fast learner." I added.

"Okay then. Well just email you your result. Good luck!" said JYP as I exited the room.
