A little checklist of upcoming projects on this account.
[ ] Evanescence: The next four or five chapters: By the end of this month or the first week of next month.
[ ] Drafts of the currently unnamed IE PROJECT: About half a dozen chapters: By the time I finish Evanescence's chapters, this should be about done too.
[ ] Drafts of the other book of the currently unname IE PROJECT: Maybe just plans and chapter outlines: Depends, maybe I'll finish it by the end of May
[ ] Publish at least three chapters of The Journey in all my writing accounts: Three chapters: End of this month, or May.
[ ] Pokémon Fanfiction drafting: Just plans and outlines: Probably starting May
For those curious, Evanescence will not go beyond the first season. The ending of the first season is the ending of Suabara's story. It is short and sweet, just like a lengthened one-shot, as is its name. Instead of the original plan of taking Suabara through the plot, I have decided to use Evanescence as a sort of prologue and introduction to the basic structure of the unnamed IE PROJECT.
IE PROJECT, as its name creatively suggests, is the next IE-related writing project I will undertake after Evanescence. It will follow certain principles that will be established in Evanescence, and will be tied to it. However, IE PROJECT itself is an AU of Evanescence, with striking references to the it. Some details in IE PROJECT can be used to fill in the gaps of Evanescence, while the mysteries and vaguely introduced ideas in Evanescence will carry on to IE PROJECT.
IE PROJECT currently looks extremely different from the canon universes. After all, it revolves around a what-if scenario. Whatever the 'what-if' is I will leave up to imagination, but it's a bit of info everybody who has watched the main series knows.
The Journey is an original work, focusing on an original world created by a friend and I. After several failed attempts, I will be trying to bring it to life once more.
As for the Pokémon Fanfiction, it's an AU that focuses more on internal consistency of lore and less of the game's elements. After all, if you've got a Pokémon that made the continents, it wouldn't only be revered in one region.
