The Next Day.
I wake up and decide to get breakfast for Tobias and I. I slide out of bed not wanting to wake Tobias. I make my way to the closet, and grab a black tank top, and black jeans. I lace up my combat boots and run to the office.
I grab a pad of paper and my favorite pen. I write Tobias a note, saying that I went to go get breakfast, and what time it was.

I left to go get some breakfast from the dining hall. I will be back in a few minutes. I left at 8:46. I love you!

With that done, I grab my Jacket and leave. As I'm walking to the dining hall, I get a weird feeling. I am passing by the chasm, and I feel a pinch in my neck. That's when the world goes black.

When I wake up, I look around. I am laying on a bed with blue sheets, and there's a small, blue toilet in the corner, and the walls are made of blue Sheetrock, and glass. The door is blue wood, and has an electronic lock. No doubt I'm in Erudite headquarters. Seriously, they have taken the blue to a new level.
I look out of the glass that surrounds me, and see none other than Eric himself. I also see Jeanine Matthews. I look in the cell next to me, and see an old Candor woman.
I pound on the glass, and see Jeanine come toward the door. Instead, she punches a few buttons, and goes down a shaft. Seconds later, the floor slides up, and reveals Jeanine. It was some kind of an underground elevator.
"Hello, Beatrice." She says, with a fake smile. "It's Tris." I say through gritted teeth. "Tris. You are here, because I would like to experiment on you. I saw your test results, and it all shows. Manually entered results. You are Divergent. I need to make serums for the next aptitude test, and Divergents can't be able to resist it." She says, with pride, of course.
"Never gonna happen." I say, and grab the gun that I tucked under my waistband of my pants before I left. I can't believe that they didn't take away my weapons. "Oh, Beatrice. Believe me, there's a certain beauty in your resistance. But it is a beauty we can't afford." She says, and smiles.
I aim the gun at her heart and fire'. I shoot the glass window, and it explodes. I jump through, and see Eric. I shoot him in the leg, and arm. "Argh." I hear him scream. I see a rack of security guard uniforms, and grab one.
I run to a bathroom and change. I flush the toilet to make it look like I actually went to the bathroom.
I walk out and head downstairs. I make it to the first floor, and run to the trains. I hop in, and rip the clothes off. I am now in the same clothes I was in this morning.
I arrive at Dauntless, and see the hole. I run and jump, remembering how scared I was when I did this almost a year ago. I land on the net, and jump out.
I sprint for the apartment. I unlock the door, and see Tobias curled up in a ball. "There you are." He said, coming towards me. He hugs me, and I tell him the entire story. "Well. I'd better be calling off the gang. We planned to save you tomorrow morning. Christina was on the verge of tears." He says, and I laugh a little. "Chris really does care about me." I say, and smile.
Tobias leans over, and grabs a colander, and puts a few pillows in front of him to form a wall. He sets the colander on his head crookedly, and grabs a walkie-talkie from his back pocket. he clicks a small, rectangular button on the side of it, and says. "Mr. Mysterious Number man to Ezekiel. Come in Ezekiel." I giggle, and see him smirk.
I can roughly hear Zeke on the other line. "This is Ezekiel. What do ya need?" He asks. "Well, Project Save the Princess Six is off. Tris is sitting with me right now." Tobias says, and smiles. "Okay then. I'll tell the group. Over." He says, and Tobias replies with "Over Sergeant." I laugh.
