🎉 OMG!!! 2K READS!!! 🎉

I wake up the next morning and realize that today is the Faction Festival.

We were going to take the kids, so that they could see what the other factions are like.

The Faction Festival starts at eleven o' clock, and it's already nine o'clock. I slide out of bed silently, and grab some clothes from my closet, then I walk to the shower.

I stand under the warm, wet water for a long time, until my skin shrivels up and I look like a raisin, and the I get out.

I walk back to the bedroom and see that Tobias is still asleep, so I decide to go to the dining hall to get some muffins for the five of us.

Maddie, Hunter, and Olivia have all started eating some soft, chewy, food, not just milk, and baby food.
I put on my favorite black, see through, t-shirt, and my black jeggings, and then I put on my combat boots.

Next, I put on some of the makeup Christina told me about, and then I put my hair into a messy ponytail. I leave Tobias a note, and then I leave.

As I walk down the hallways of the pit, I think about what's happening soon.

•Christina and Will's wedding is in two weeks

•Uriah and Marlene find out the genders of their children three days from tomorrow.

They're having twins. Marlene practically talked my ear off that day about what she would name them, and what they'd be like.

• The Choosing Ceremony is in a month.

So yeah, it's pretty busy. By now I've made it to the dining hall, where I get seven large, chunky chocolate chip muffins. Five for us, and two extras.

I walk out of the dining hall, and see two figures stalking towards me.

One is wearing a cape-like robe, and the other has a cape-like robe, but also has a bun, and their arm is in a sling.

I jog to the apartment, and the figures are still, just walking behind me. Then, it registers in my mind who they were. They were my parents.

I walk back towards them, when I hear, "Beatrice? Is that you?" It's my father, and he sounds pretty surprised. "Yeah, it's me." I shout, since they probably couldn't hear me.

"Here, come to the apartment!" I say, my parents now walking with me. They nod. "Mom! What happened to your arm?" I ask.

"I got in a fight with a Factionless woman in an alley, because she said that I didn't give her enough food." She replies, and then purses her lips.

"She took all of the food, and the other Factionless men and women didn't get any." She says, her eyes tearing up at the end.

That's my mother, Abnegation through and through.

I nod, and keep walking. I make it to our apartment door soon enough, the streamers still hanging from the door, torn, and falling apart.

"What were these from?" My father asks, touching the streamers.

"Well, when Caleb tried to kill my family and I, the kids came back to Dauntless and had to stay in the emergency room for three days. Those were from their Welcome Home party." I snap. He should have known what those were from.

The sign that says 'Welcome Home!' Is still there.

"Hmmm. About that," my father starts. "Caleb's death penalty has been revoked, and he will receive ten years in the Candor prison. They don't trust him at the Erudite Headquarters prison." My father finishes.

"I don't care what happens to him, as long as he doesn't come near my family ever again." I say.
I slide the key in, and unlock the door. I open the door, and see Tobias sitting on the couch, fully dressed.

Thank God.

I would be dead, and My parents would have an attack if they found out that their daughter's husband just walks around the house without a shirt.

"Morning, Tris." He says when he sees me. "Good Morning, Four." I say. He opens his mouth to object, but closes it when he sees my parents walk through the door.

"Have you woken up the kids yet?" I ask him, walking into the apartment, keeping the door open for my parents.

He shakes his head.

I walk to the kitchen, and grab a plate for the muffins. I place all of the muffins gently on the plate, and set the plate on the kitchen counter.

"Help Yourself." I say. I smile at Tobias, and say, "I'm going to wake up the kids."

I walk to Maddie's room, and open the door. She sleeps silently in her crib. She lays on her stomach, curled into a small, little ball.

All you can hear is her breathing. I slowly tip-toe towards her crib, and lean over the edge of it.

I rub my hands over her back, and hum a tune. "Wake up Maddie." I coo. she rolls over from her stomach, onto her back, and I tickle her stomach.

She opens her eyes, and squeals. "Fglurb!" She says loudly.

I take her from her crib, and set her into her small playpen, which has various different stuffed animals including her new favorite, the fire truck.

It was actually Hunter's, but he hated it, so now, its Maddie's.
I drag Maddie's playpen to Olivia's room, and leave it outside of the door.

I can hear Tobias talking to my parents about the government, and the economy.

I can hear his voice, and he sounds like he's talking about this unwillingly.

I walk inside Olivia's room, and see that she is sitting down, turned away from me, her back facing me.

She just stares at the wall. After about five to ten seconds, she breaks down, and cries. She screams, and that's when I run over to her.

I pick her up, and hug her, until she stops crying. I then place her into Maddie's playpen, and walk to Hunter's room. I find him standing in his crib.

"Mam-mam-ma!" he screeches. I pick him up, and tickle him. He giggles, and squeals. I set him in Maddie's playpen, and push the playpen like a car out to the living room.

"Vroom-Vroom!" I say, and take them to the kitchen. "Good Morning, Kids!" Tobias says. My parents just smile.

I feed the kids each little pieces of muffin, which they mash in their mouths. Most of the muffins made it on their faces, so I give them each a bottle, too.

I go back out, and ask Tobias if he wants to change Hunter. My parents volunteer to change them, though, so we can 'relax'.

As soon as they are done, they walk out with the kids wearing the same thing for each one. A baby black long sleeved black shirt, baby black jeans, and baby combat boots.

"Ready?" I ask. Everyone nods, and we head off to the faction festival. It's in Millennium Park, with booths set up so you don't have to go to all of the headquarters.

Tobias locks the door, and we leave.
