I wake up to dead silence. Maybe the kids stopped crying! I get out of bed, and run to each of the kids' rooms down the hall. My feet slap the cold floor with every step.

I walk into Hunter's room, and as soon as I walk in, he starts crying. I soothe him, but it doesn't work. I walk through the connecting bathroom to Olivia's room.

She sits in her crib, whimpering. She hears me coming in, and cranes her neck in my direction.

When her eyes meet mine, they tear up, and she cries, More like screams at me.

I soothe her, and give her a bottle. She throws it at me, which ended up hitting Tobias, who I didn't know was even awake.

"Ouch." He says. He stays to get Hunter and Olivia dressed, while I go and get Maddie dressed. I walk in her room, and my heart stops.

She's not there.

I scream her name, and Tobias comes running in. "What's Wrong?" He says, dead serious.

"Tobias. She's not here," I say. "She's not here. I checked." I finish. He breaks down, and it seems like he's more angry than sad.

"Control Room. Drop the kids off at Christina's. We have to find her." He says, hands at his side, clenched into fists.

We get the kids ready and take them to Christina's. I tell her what's wrong, and she breaks down as well. "Stay Strong, Chris. For the kids." I say, wiping tears from my face.

With that, we walk to the control room. Tobias unlocks the door, and goes to the fourth computer in the sixth row of them. I manage a small smile.

Me types in a code full of colons, backslashes, along with letters and numbers, and the hallway in front I our apartment pops up on the screen. He clicks a few buttons, and it goes back to midnight.

I see a tall, thin figure with short hair walk to our door, with a key. The light catches the figure, and It's wearing... Erudite blue.

Oh My Lord. When the figure unlocks the door, it walks inside, but comes back out. It takes one long stride, and walks up to the camera.

There's no light, except for in front of our door, so you can't tell who it is. Slowly, it all becomes black on the screen. Spray Paint.

Tobias punches a white, square button, and a camera in our living room turns on. The figure comes walking in, after spray-painting the other camera, and turns on a lamp.

He pulls out a serum injection gun, or SIG, and slides a test tube shaped serum bottle full of a greenish-yellow liquid into it.

He does the same thing again. Then, he does the same thing for the third time, but with a red tube of liquid.

He holds it under the lamp, and makes sure it is in place. His face catches the light, and you can clearly see who it is.

It's Caleb.

Caleb walks over to the hallway doorway, and heads to the kids rooms. Tobias hits the white button again, but this time, it looks more like he's punching it.

Hunter's room appears on the screen, and you can see Caleb walking in his direction. Caleb takes out the first serum injection gun, and puts the needle right on Hunter's arm.

He pulls the trigger, and the greenish-yellow liquid decreases from the tube, until you can no longer see it. Hunter whimpers as this happens, but soon stops. Caleb possibly poisoned my son. My son.

We watch him do the same thing to Olivia. We are now watching what happens to Maddie.

Caleb walks into Maddie's room, and takes the injector with red serum in it from his Navy Blue blazer.

He puts the serum injector in the same spot he did for Hunter, and squeezes the trigger. The red liquid slowly disappears from the tube, and Maddie cries. Tobias turns up the volume on the speakers, and you can hear Caleb's feet. Maddie looks like she's crying, but no noise is coming out.

Mute Serum. That's how he got away with her. We couldn't hear her cry for help. I could have helped my daughters, and my son, but I didn't. I'm the worst parent to set foot on the earth.

Once we leave the control room, we go and tell Christina that we're going to Erudite, and we're getting our daughter back.

"Christina. If we aren't back in 3 days, send Uriah, Zeke, and Lynn. They will help." I say. "Goodbye."

This is the only thing I can do. Tobias and I must save our children. We also have to find out what that greenish- yellow serum was. That could be deadly.
