Tobirama carried me off and away from the arena.
"We need to calm Gaara down!" I told him with a tone of urgency in my voice.
He set me down gently and nodded, "Right!"
I kissed him on the forehead and planted some of my chakra in him.
He blushed and gave me a questioning look.
"Just in case!" I told him.
You know he feeling when you're in the middle of two friends who both want you? They're tugging at you from different sides and you're being ripped apart?
Yeah? Well...
Suddenly the world came crashing down...literally since Tobirama is my whole world.
Tobirama gasped sharply and fell on his knee.
"Tobirama!" I called as I ran to his side and grabbed his hand, "What's wrong?!"
Tobirama gave me a pleading look.
He had felt something he hadn't in a long time. Pain.
His eyes widened in realization.
Tobirama managed to say, "I...think....I'm being reanimated!"
He groaned in pain and squeezed my hand tightly.
"Gah!" He hissed in pain as he fought the pull to another body.

Orochimaru smirked as he saw that Lord Second wasn't here attacking him and that his box had a wild chakra being emitted.
Team Izuna gave each other worried looks.
They just realized that Tobirama wasn't reanimated, he was a ghost!
"It seems I haven't lost yet!" Orochimaru hissed.

Tobirama writhed in pain as he fought the jutsu.
His body...no his very soul was being ripped in two.
He clung to me desperately, he didn't want to leave my side...and for a creepy snake no less!
"I...Izuna...I don't think...!" He breathed out.
Suddenly he felt his clone body dispersing and felt himself being sucked away from me.
He gave me a horrified look before fading.
"TOBI!!!!" I screamed as he disappeared.
"No....NO!" I felt tears stream from my eyes, "It...wasn't supposed to end up this way..."
I'm sorry Naruto...but... you'll have to handle Gaara...
"I'm going to not-kill Orochimaru." I growled darkly, "But I'm going to make him feel pain."
