Allah Ta'aala replied, "He is a man from amongst your children. His name is Dawud and his age will be 40 years."
Adam (AS) said, "I give him 60 years from my age." In that way the age of Dawud (AS) became 100 and the age Adam (AS) was 1000 years.
He had a large body. He was 60 arms span tall and 7 across. He was very beautiful in his form, because Allah Ta'aala had created him and shaped him with His Hand. He was the best and most beautiful of all Allah's creations.
Adam (AS) lived in Jannah alone. He felt lonely. He wanted someone to be with him.
Adam (AS) slept for a long time. Allah wanted that he have a wife to live with him. He took a rib from him but he did not awaken.Allah Ta'aala placed meat in place of that rib. He made a woman from that rib.
The woman sat by Adam's head and looked at him. She liked him. When Adam (AS) got up, he saw and liked her. He saw her looking at him and felt love for her.
