Adam (AS) realised that the time had come for his children to marry. In his shariah, a brother could not marry the twin-sister with whom he was born. Qabil knew that also.
Adam (AS) said, "The time has come for Qabil and Habil to marry. Qabil will marry Labuda and Habil will marry Kalima."
Habil was happy. Qabil was angry. The anger quickly showed on his face and he screamed, "Kalima is MY sister! She is for me and nobody else!!!"
Adam (AS) said, "She is not allowed for you, O my son."
Iblis was there. He wanted Qabil to disobey Allah Ta'aala,just as he had succeeded in getting his father out of Jannah.
Qabil shouted, "She is MY sister! She is for Me and NOBODY else! Habil can NEVER marry her! I am going to marry her!"
At that moment Qabil looked at Kalima. Shaytaan made her look even more beautiful than what she was. Qabil kept saying, "She is mine. Habil will never marry her. She is mine."
