Miyoung's POV

I wake up on my own. I notice Donghyuck still laying across me with his head on my shoulder. My hand still in his hair, and his hands are wrapped around me.

I realize that he's probably cold because he still doesn't have his sweatshirt on. I don't want to move and wake him up by grabbing my blanket, so I just reach for his sweatshirt and lay it over him.

I grab my phone and look at the time. 3:30. I open my camera to get a better look at him. I can see his face now. He's got such a cute pout. I take a picture of him wrapping his arms around me, making sure to get his cute pout, and set it as my background.

I want him to wake up so I can talk to him again, but I don't know how much sleep he got last night.

I start to run my hand through his hair again, softly. I rest my head on his and just close my eyes, I could stay like this forever.

I faintly hear a car door shut. It sounds like it's in my driveway. I hate to wake him up, but I don't want to explain us anymore today.

"Donghyuck." I gently shake him.

He takes a deep breath, then exhales. I see his eyes slowly open and he lifts his head up. His tired eyes look at me. He's still pouting, it's so cute.

I smile at his cuteness. "I heard a car door, you should put your sweatshirt on." I help him sit up.

"Who would be here?" He rubs his good eye.

"I don't know, maybe my mom, but I don't know Why she'd be home since she never gets off work this early." I hand him his sweatshirt.

He puts it on and the hood stays on his head. He just sits in front of me, on his knees, and stares at my bed with tired eyes and his cute pout.

I hear the front door open and hear my mom calling for me.

"Miyoung? I see that one of your friends are here, where are-" She cuts herself off as she sees me through the doorway of my room.

She sets her things down on the counter and comes to my room. She sees Donghyuck and tilts her head, confused. I just shake mine.

"Well, I have good news!" She smiles and leans against my doorframe.

"And What is it?"

"Well..maybe not so good news for you..." She frowns and drags out the word you.

"Okay?" I say slightly disappointed.

"Just kidding! You're gonna love this!" She smiles again.

"Okay mom, just get on with it." I shake my head and smile.

"Okay sorry, well, I got a big raise today at work, and I figured that since you've been wanting to do it for a while now, we can redo your room!"

"Really?" I jump up a little bit.

"Yep!" She nods. "I got off early today because I no longer work Mondays, but I work Saturdays now." She sighs bitterly.

"Oh, well that sucks." I sit back down.

"It does, but I'll still have weekends, just not the exact same days as you." She lifts her body off of my doorframe. "Well, I'm gonna go take a nap, my head is pounding from all the surprisingly crazy traffic there was. If you want, I left some money on the counter for you if you maybe want to go get some things for your room, like paint and maybe some furniture."

"Alright." I smile.

She leaves and shuts the door behind her. I look over at Donghyuck and see that he's still just pouting and staring.
