«Just an Annoyance» Lee Donghyuck//Haechan

21: Tired

We walk to his room and grab our clothes that were thrown pretty much everywhere.

"You want me to wash everything here? Just in case your mom sees it and gets a little suspicious." He holds all his clothes in his arms.

"Uhm, sure." I nod with all my clothes in my arms.

"We can put them in the washer now, just not actually run it yet." He turns around and goes to the laundry room. I follow behind him and we put our stuff in there.

"Okay," he sighs, "are we good to go?"

"Yea I think so. Let me just grab my phone." I turn back to go to his room.

"Grab me mine too please."

I grab our phones, the other sweatshirt he gave me, and walk back out to Donghyuck. I hand him his phone and we check them.

We look at each other. "Chenle." We nod our heads.

"To me he said, 'you guys busy?' At like 12...and it's 3 now...whoops." He starts to type.

"He said to me 'you two need to get better at answering your phones. I'm getting a little skeptical of what you're actually doing.'" I laugh at what he said and respond with "sorry we were getting paint for my room."

"What did you say to him?" Donghyuck starts to walk to the door.

"I told him we were buying paint...what did you tell him?" I walk outside in front of him and look at him.

"I told him that we were hanging out at your place." His eyes widen.

"Well, shit." I laugh nervously.

"Just, if he asks tell him that we were buying paint then went to your house. That'll work."

"Okay." I sigh. "Wait." He looks at me.

"What?"

"You want to cover the bruises?"

"Shit." He goes back inside and I follow him. He puts the makeup on the bruises to cover them up and stands back up. "Am I good?" He moves his head around and spins so I can see him.

I nod my head. "Good job for not covering your eye. Jaemin would've known something was up."

"Oh, I just completely forgot to do that." He laughs.

I roll my eyes and smile as we walk back outside to his truck.

We go back to my house and bring the paints in with us.

"I'll just text the group to see if they want to come over. If they ask, you just drove me around to get everything." I take out my phone as he sits next to me on my bed.
