"So I guess..." I slightly rubbed my neck and looked into Robin's eyes. " I should go first since this all started because of me." I glanced over to see a glare on Alex's and Daniel's face and I sighed heavily.
"As you know, I am from the Demon realm. You've met my sister and my father, clearly you know Asumi quite well but you dont know to much about her at the same time." She looked as if she was about to say something but quickly shut her mouth as she waited for me to finish.
" I believe the Demon realm wants to function as a hierarchy."
"You believe?"she said tilting her head slightly.
"Yes... I believe so, cause you see the Demon realm is funny." I took out a small note pad and drew out the system. " you see at the bottom are demons who act out rashly, these are usually people who were damned to hell in death. We call these demons Corrodians, its best to stay away from them. Next we have more middle class Demons called Emergence, they are granted consciousness to become workers towards the people above them, for example Damien and Hayden would be considered that of Emergence.", I glanced up slightly to make sure she was still following me then went back to explaining." Then you have demons like me,the Heirs. We are considered high ranked in status but even in the heirs there's a hierarchy with my family being at the top. Above us is the big man himself lucifer. However he doesn't care what we do as long as its maintained. "
I let out a small sigh as I continued to get lost in thought about the explanation. I thought quietly to myself there's so much that even I don't know about where I am. Being brought up I was mostly closeted so some of the things im a bit unsure of myself.
" For now...," I broke my silence. " That's all I can say... at least about that system. Any questions?" She looked at me then spoke," what about the arrangement, what would you want from me ?"
A small smirk ran across my face " Interested to know the details of that huh?"
Her face grew concerned as if the only thing going through her mind was something she's heard before.
"Calm down, its not what you think." I loosened my tie and winked," it can be though."
"Move on." Alex's voice boomed though he spoke softly.
" Damn my bad... I just was teasing." I cleared my throat and looked back to her
" Remember I told you, I'm not gonna force you into something like that, we will have our mutual understanding here. However I'm not allowed to disclose that stuff yet, at least not while their here."
I motioned my head to her two bodyguards next to me.
" Whatever." Daniel said sarcastically. " but he is right, disclosing these type of contracts near others from different realms is a bit forbidden outside of lawful terms. We can only disclose if all 3 realms heads are present in these affairs."
Daniel looked between Alex and I then stared daggers into robin's eyes.
" From my point of view... if we had to be honest as much as I dont like it, being with the demons may be safer for you."
Robin's eyes widened at his words. " Weren't you guys the one who said I shouldn't get close to this guy?"
Daniel clicked his tongue and closed his eyes as if in thought. " I hate the thought but if I were gonna say if any the safest place is the with Newell, and I say that because of one thing... the order."
"The order?" Robin said quizzically.
"The hierarchy aside the order is more free compared to the other two. This would benefit your freedom no doubt, no telling how bad it would be if you just signed under the reapers or even the angels. The order in the demon realm helps stabilize the how to put the good to bad meter." I watch as Daniel takes the paper from me and starts to sketch.
" With the subtle laws in place for the demons its a guideline, their freedom is still top priority thats why Corrodians have the freedom they do. The idea they have is to maintain a good amount of order while still allowing mistakes, which for example is why Newell did what he did." Daniel glances at me immediately after saying this causing my comfort to flee.
" Yeah... what he said but," I clear my throat to break the murderous air. " Regardless its still your decision about us demons. I wanna finish it off by saying ill make sure to protect you at all times, that I guarentee. Demons in the simplest ways are just like what you have on earth, there's good,bad, neutral, there's really no difference.
Ultimately the biggest difference will be what you do there?"
