My mom had made me come all the way into the back with a pissy look plastered across her face.
" Robin, I don't know why Alex and Daniel would hang out with that child but you need to completely cut him out."

My face obviously full of confusion, honestly not knowing what the heck is going on finally decided to speak.
" Hold on mom! Like I'm completely confused. You just met him, are you doing this because of his appearance?"

" No honey..." she sighed and calmed down a bit. " It's nothing like that dear, you just need to trust me. I wouldn't just tell you this for no reason."

" I know but mom, I literally just met him."

She sighed heavily and put her hands on my shoulders" Nothing good comes from a guy like him." They use you and consider nothing of you. He only cares for his personal gain, you wouldn't even be in his sights."

I sighed to her response, I mean I have a lot of reason to just not listen to her, I mean she can't know him and her judging him and not knowing him kind of makes me mad but I just held my tongue.
My mom must have her reasons, but I just went back to work to get rid of all the confusion.

About 3 hours have passed and it was time for me to head home. I decided to walk in the dangerous storm approaching thinking I was invincible to the few strikes of lightning.
Maybe life will just strike me with a little bit of knowledge to my open confusion.
I walked into a nearby coffee shop , too let the storm pass.
I looked around and saw the familiar half colored hair sitting in a near by booth reading a book.
Maybe I was in the wrong but maybe she doesn't know she's getting played.
I walked over to the table and she looked at me.
" Is this seat taken?" I said with a smile.

" No it's not, you can sit if you want."

" Okay..." I sat down then fiddled around with my fingers, now what do I say?

" Your... that girl from yesterday." She said while closing her book.
" My name is Desdemona Costa, what's yours?"

" It's Robin Driscoll and I know it's not my place to meddle in your relationship but do you know that he's already dating someone?"

" Mm...yeah I do."  She said sipping on her coffee.
" I guess you could say I'm at his will and if he wants me he can get me."

" His will? Why? Your still your own person right? He can't control your decisions."
I tilted my head at the confusing notion. Is this one of those weird relationships.

" Our Arrangement states that I'm at his will until further notice, but I guess to you this would be quite unusual."

I looked at her calm and posed face which contrasted with my confused face.
" Well... I didn't know Arrangement like that exist. Have you ever tried to get out of it?"

" No, I don't wish to. If he no longer needs me one day I'll understand but as of now,he is my savior."

" Savior huh?" Maybe I miss understood him.

"It was nice talking to you child of the damned. We shall meet again."She said while getting up from the table.

" Wait. What do you mean by child of the damned? "

" A lost soul wonders around limbo waiting for its savior, not knowing how to confront them to apologize for it's wrong being, let its soul lay rest in its wanted arms."
Her foreign words rung through my head as she left the coffee shop and leaving me with more unsolved confusion.
