My eyes flutter as the constant beeping rang in my ears before a faint dim white light was shone down upon me. Faint masculine voices argue as I kept quiet and fake being asleep as they neared.

"She's been asleep for ... And we still don't know... Or can't find the culprits for this." The first voice out raged and loud.

"We still have time until... For all we know she could have encounter... Or even been her reconnecting with her ancient... but until she wakes we can't... Though I understand how hard it is for you." The second voice tranquil and calm.

"I'll stay by ... until she wakes..." the first voice exasperates before a gently sigh escapes.

The creaking of the door and squeak of the tile before the squeak came by as calm hands clasped my own. Only soft, baby skin fabric was distancing from the sparkles burning at my skin.

"I'm sorry I had said those things to you. If only I'd known. If only I could see the choice you made earlier..." His voice croaked, "How could I let you continue on like this..."

Learns tears dropped as he squeezed my hand before continuing, "I will make whoever did this to you pay, I will make them wish they were living in hell's paradise, I will make them suffer."

At that moment his grip loosen before placing a light gentle kiss on my forehead as the sparks forced a soft moan escaped my lips. Fluttering my eyes opened I saw those aquamarines sparkle with a glint of hope. A sly smile spread across my lips as he gently lifted me up into a gentle embrace.

"I was so worried about you." he whispered.

"I know you were, Bip. You would stubbornly push through the entire earth and sun just to find me." gently response.

"That's because you are worth it my love, you are worth it." he gently soothed.

I push him away and asked, "But how can I when I don't have my wings?"

"I will still love you, Breenelle. because I'm willing to try for you. Not because of our kingdoms, but because I've gotten a new hope of my future."

"Which is..." I softly ask.

"To start my life with you and see where we go from there."

He gently slid his body right next to mine as a seethed a hiss before noticing the cloth wrapped on my arms and legs. His arms wrapped around my body as my hands found their way to his broad, warm chest. The soft brush of hair as my eyes grew heavy but burning to weep.

"Sleep Bree. I'll be here when you wake." he whispered soothingly.

For the first time in such a long period I felt at home and the soothing words could bring peace while I whisked to a blissful sleep.
