Drifting in the never ending dark abyss, I began walking towards a white shimmering light. Upon entering I glanced to see an endless meadow, feeling I had been here before. Only, if my memory serves me, I hadn't had the slightest recollection of this specific meadow. Just farther along I see two little girls, barely older than two as they stood proudly as they converse with one another, my lingering presence not even bothering them.

One had shimmer chestnut hair flowing down to her face with blue ocean eyes. The other looked completely like Edith only younger. Both standing like queens ancient and so... brave or possibly courageous with their small, clenched fists or puffed up chests.

"What do you mean my life is in danger?" The girl cautiously questioned.

"The world as your family and kingdom will be nearing the end. There will be no peace, no home, and no life unless we stop this together Breenelle." Mini-Edith snapped, "There won't be nothing to save unless you make and keep this promise."

"That I let your soul hide in my body until you decide to hijack it for your evil schemes?" The mini-me retorted, "I'd rather fight than have that happen."

"You will fight you deliquient, irking brat!" Mini-Edith snaps.

"When will I need to fulfill my promise?" Mini-Bree softly whispers, almost defeated.

"When you start dreaming these memories whether they're your own... or not." Mini-Edith slowly explained.

"Then... you have my word, Edie." Mini-Bree spoke bold and proudly, "For I shall protect my family's life even if it means risking my own."

"Until we meet again, Bree." Edith whispers before Mini-me starts glowing and she disappears as well as the memory but not the meadow.

"That was the first promise you made, Princess Breenelle Dawnson." a feminine voice quietly spoke.

"Edith?" I questioned looking to see her in her dark attire.

"Now you know you can't give up, Bree." Edith pleaded gently, "Because that girl would never give up, nor would she break her sacred word."

Suddenly the meadow begins to fade and Edith panics as she quickly spoke, "Remember your promise, Bree. your promise-"

Then everything was gone and returning to the dark abyss where the dawn would greet the next day to my spirit breaking.
