(The Originals 5x03)
The next morning I am woken up by mummers. Before I can even open my eyes, I hear Josie's voice ask, "Should we wake her up?"
I then hear Lizzie's voice say, "But she looks so peaceful, and I don't think she has ever slept in a day in her life."
I roll over to face them, and I mutter with my groggy morning voice, "And I never will. What time is it?"
I see Josie look at the clock, and I follow her eyes, and we both say, "8:45." But I frantically get up, and I realize I'm still in the jeans and t-shirt from the car ride. I mutter, "I am so late."
Josie says with sympathy in her voice, "My dad gave you the day off." I give her a weird look, Mr. Saltzman always makes students go to class unless they are actually puking your guts out. Josie then says softly, "He heard what happened with Hayley, he also gave Hope the day off as well."
I see Lizzie roll her eyes at Hope's name, and I say with a chuckle, "Watch out, if your eyes went any farther back into your head, they'll get stuck like that." I see Lizzie's eyes widen slightly, and laugh, "I'm just kidding." Josie starts to laugh with me, but Lizzie doesn't look so amused. I roll my eyes at Lizzie, and I let a moment go by before saying, "Look nothing happened." Josie completely bursts out laughing, and Lizzie smiles. I say sarcastically, "Oh look, she can actually smile."
Lizzie then takes one of my throw pillows off of the ground, and she chucks it at my face. "That's so not funny!" she yells.
"Sort is," Josie says with a smile, and Lizzie can't help but smile back.
I move past both of them, and go into my dresser, and pull out leggings and a long white t-shirt. I then turn around to them both staring at me, I then say like it's obvious, "Are you guys staying for the show, or are you going to turn around?"
They both quickly turn around, and Lizzie asks, "What are we going to do today?"
As I pull up my leggings, I ask, "Don't I only have the day off? Don't you two still need to go to class?" I then throw on my shirt not changing my bra because I'm too lazy. "You can look," I add.
They both turn around, and Josie says, "Well we told our dad that our cousin/friend needs support, so he let also have the day off."
"I just wanted to get out of class," Lizzie admits. Josie shoots her a 'really' look, and I roll my eyes and let out a slight laugh not expecting anything less from her.
"We could always go into town," I say.
Lizzie says with a dramatic sigh, "Goodluck convincing my dad, he doesn't trust us."
I laugh slightly, "Your dad trust me and Josie, he just doesn't trust you."
Josie laughs, and Lizzie's mouth drops open, "Why doesn't he trust me?"
"Oh, I don't know, maybe because you almost took a vampire's heart out of her body because she looked at you the wrong way."
Lizzie sighs, and rolls her eyes, "That was one time, a year ago."
Josie and I start laughing, and I say, "She finally admits it!" Lizzie just scoffs.
Josie adds, "It's always worth a try to ask."
I nod, "Ok, we'll try." Lizzie nods in agreement.

Lucky, Caroline had to get stuff in Mystic Falls, so she was able to drive us in and we could walk around shopping. We all agreed that retail therapy was the best option for the day.
We shopped till we complained our feet hurt. Josie texted Aunt Care, and she responded saying that we still had an hour to kill. So I recommended that we go to the grill to get something to eat, and both Lizzie and Josie agree. We are able to get a table outside next to the street. Once we sit down Josie asks, "So how are you?"
I laugh slightly, and I say sarcastically, "Yah, I'm doing great."
Lizzie completely ignoring my obvious sarcasm asks, "What happened in New Orleans?"
I take a deep breath, and I start to spew out words, and before I know it I can't stop, "Well, I went to New Orleans because I was going to help a friend, but then my aunt goes missing. Then I get visited by this ghost person, that tells me I have to give a message to Klaus Mikaelson, and then when I do he almost kills me. And then finally after a day of searching for my aunt, I finally find her location. But when I get there, I find a torn up bloody coffin, so my weeks going great." I take a breath, knowing that what I just said was a lot. I then say, "I'm sorry I didn't want to throw that all on you."
Josie puts her hadn't on my shoulder, and she says, "We're both really sorry about your aunt."Lizzie then adds, trying to be supportive, "And she's probably going to be fine, isn't the whole of New Orleans looking for her?"
I nod my head, and say calmly, "Yah, your probably right." Both of the girls smile, and I put on a fake one because my mind is only thinking of the worst possible scenarios. Hayley could be dead, or she could be getting tortured right this moment. I quickly push the thoughts out of my head, not wanting the twins to notice or go down the rabbit hole of every possible thing that could be happening.
I think that the twins get that I don't want to talk about Hayley, so they don't bring it up again. After eating our food and paying, Lizzie and Josie get a text from Aunt Care telling us that she's parked nearby.
