First I stopped at the post office and pulled out the pad that I madesure was always with me since I never knew when inspiration wouldstrike or I'd see a good recipe and want to copy it down orsomething.
Hello,
I was at themuseum that is a city over, I'm sure you've heard of it. That onethat has that new exhibit with the mummy that was found? I mentionedit one or two emails ago I think. Anyway they have a Fiber ArtsHistory set in the museum. I can't help but think that's right upyour alley, they also have a man spinning yarn and showing how to dothat as well as weave.
The gift shopsells his creations and I couldn't help but think of you. I'm prettysure you'll want to check it out.
Have a goodday,
Name.
Smiling I put it in the small box with the sapphire blue yarn andsent it off. I used to work at a temporary service where I'd go todifferent companies and be their secretary for a few months and for awhile I worked at a fashion agency with her. She had analmost...sixth sense with death how she could was beyond me but shewas a sweet girl, so very nice once you got to know her. I rememberhow the other co-workers talked about her in hushed whispers when shewasn't around but of all the people I preferred her company totheirs. She moved on to another company a month before I moved on tomy next job.
Which is were I am currently working, a secretary at a law firm thatwanted me to stay permanently and we were in negotiations about that. They offered a raise and I was pretty much sure I would do it, Iwouldn't mind the idea of being in just one job. The temporary natureof my work was a double edge sword; I often had to leave just as Iwas getting comfortable and never really got in that place where Iwas used to and know exactly what was expected of me but that alsomeant if I was in a place where I didn't like it, I could musclethrough just a few months.
But I liked my work alright at this firm and the people were niceenough. It took me a while to really get to know people but my gutwas telling me that they were nice people. So I was right now leaningto taking on this job permanently. It would also work since mycontract with them was still a month long so I could easily give mytwo week notice so I had to make the choice in a week or so.
I head to the grocery store and pull out my shopping list heading into get the food I needed both for my recipe I planned this week andthe food to feed me this week. I get everything and head home puttingthe groceries away. Checking that I have plenty of time I make thebread recipe I had been wanting to make. While the bread is proving Imake my dinner and am able to time it so it is ready for its secondprove while I eat my dinner. By the time I'm done and cleaned up Ibake it.
I've made this recipe three times beforehand. The first one was theone I ate and both took my own notes and would bring it to my workand have my co-wokers try and take notes about the recipe and whatthey like and don't like or any ideas. The second one I made Ichecked to make sure that it had the same color, smell and feel asthe first one. If it ends up different I'd try it and do it a handfulof times to see what I was supposed to do, if it did come out thesame and would take it to the local soup kitchen. Then finally therewas the third time, if all went right, and that would be where I'dtake the pictures and be mine and my friends.
