Chapter 8

A certain blue cat walked to the edge of a cliff, kicking a stone off the edge. "Jeez! Come on, Happy! Don't tell me that you got us lost again! We've been walking for forever and a half and we still haven't found Magnolia yet!!" Lucy shouted, completely annoyed. "Why are we following a cat, anyway?!"

"What do you mean again? How rude! I wasn't lost last time so this is the first time I've got us lost!"

"First time or not, let's just try to make it our last, okay?" Lucy then groaned. I sighed.

"First time or not, let's just try not to shout, okay?" I rephrased, earning a glare from Lucy. I snickered.

"Man, I want some food..." Natsu complained, and he doesn't just mean some. He means a lot.

"We all do! Talking about it just makes us hungrier!" said Gray, just as hungry. Then they got up close, face-to-face. Naturally.

"I can't help it if I'm hungry, jerk!"

"No, but you can stop running your mouth, can't you?"

"Listen up!" Master started in a commanding tone, then it turned lazy and dragged out, "We need some food!"

"Yeah, we know!" I said, along with Natsu and Gray.

"Enough!" Erza ordered, as her stomach rumbled. Loudly.

"Your stomach's trying to tell ya something," I started, staring at Erza.

"It went 'gu'," Natsu added.

"It did not. You're hearing things," Erza denied childishly.

"Uhh, yeah. Nice cover-up," Gray commented.

"Yep, real convincing," I remarked.

Then, Happy looked gleeful. We heard him gasp happily.

"What are you excited about?" Natsu asked, popping up next to Happy.

"Down there! Look, Natsu, look!" the cat pointed down the cliff.

"Huh?" We all came to peek.

"I can fly!"

"You can fly!"

"Can you fly!"

"Whoa," I choked, I almost laughed.

"Those are winged fish! They're a legendary delicacy! And they're super yummy from what I hear!" Happy exclaimed. "Yum, yum, yum, yum, yum, yum!"

"A legendary delicacy?" Gray asked.

"Winged fish, huh," Erza let it roll off her tongue.

"Fish is delish," I giggled to myself, this has to taste good.

"Sounds good to me!" Natsu grinned.

Master placed a hand on Happy's shoulder, stopping the cat in his movement, "Well done, Happy! You make this old man very proud!"

Lucy could hear all the growling around her, so she decided to whine, "Guys, enough with the growling stomachs!"

Grumble

"You were saying?" Gray asked with a smirk.

"Shut. Up," Lucy said with a sweatdrop.

Happy was holding a fishing rod. "Now! Time to fish!"

We all sat down on the mountain cliff, on the left being Happy, then Lucy, then Erza, me, Natsu, Master and then Gray on the very right.

"Aw, come on, you stupid fish! Just shut up and lemme eat ya!" said Natsu.
