"Aria!" Zoey screamed at the top of her lungs, running over to her. "Oh my god, are you alright?" Her friend had just emerged from a bright ray of light and fell face first onto the floor.

Aria groaned as she tried to raise herself up. She felt extremely weak. "I don't feel so good."

"That's because you gave all your powers to me," a robotic-like deep voice said. Zoey, Kai, the Twilight Princess, and Dr. Krawl all turned just to come face to face with a large, dark, muscular figure whose skin was made up of cosmos, whose eyes were glowing an eerie red, whose fingers were freshly sharped claws, whose teeth were just as sharp as his nails, whose head wore the Viking helmet with a spiked crown on top of that. He also wore a dark cape, complete with leopard fur as the trim. His boots were black and polished and were like that of a knight's. He looked like a cross between an evil spirit, a samurai, a knight, and a king. In one arm he held a sword, and in the other a powerful ball combined from both light and dark magic hovered above his palm.

"Reyoscuro," the princess narrowed her eyes at him. "How in the world did you get here? I thought I took care of you a long, long time ago." He laughed a creepy mechanical-like laugh. "You really thought that sending me back to where and when we first met and trapping me there would erase all the pain you caused me? Ha! Good to see you're just as stupid and lost as before. The past will always have a lasting impact on you, Zaria. What ever will it take for you to learn that?"

The princess spread her arms out in front of the teens and Dr. Krawl, shielding them from the Dark King. "Leave them alone. If you must destroy anyone, it should be me."

He took a heavy step closer, his armor moving right along with his body. "Can't say I disagree." He lifted the magical ball up into the air, aiming to release it in the Twilight Princess's direction. "Your 'better' half should've listened to the old man about changing the past."

"What's that supposed to mean?" The princess spread out her fingers, creating a protective shield around her and the others.

"Aria's the one who brought me here," he cackled.

At the sound of her own name, Aria slightly lifted her head. "You—you—tricked me—" Her voice was just as shaky and unstable as her body was.

"Not really. I just led you to believe something that wasn't necessarily true. Think of it as, outsmarting." He gritted his pointed teeth as he released the ultimate ball of magic. It was strong enough to break through the princess's barrier, much to her surprise, but was able to dodge the attack as it broke through the wall and sailed into a tree outside, snapping it in half.

"Welp, that's gonna need a repair," Krawl blinked.

"What do we do?" Zaria quickly whispered to the princess as they ducked behind a table flipped over on its side.

"If we can somehow get him to give Aria her magic back, me and her can use our powers together to send him back to where he came from. But I'm not sure how we can get him to do that."

"He clearly wants to win you back, how about you tell him he will if he gives Aria her magic back first?"

The princess shrugged. "I guess it's worth a shot." She got up. "Stay here."

She grabbed ahold of the sides of her dress to lift them up a bit as she headed over to Reyoscuro. "You know what," she stared him right in the eyes and pushed her hand down on his sword to lower it.
"I'll be your queen. But only if you give my other half her magic back first." She spoke her words both clearly and firmly.

He wasn't sure whether to believe her or not. "Really?"

She nodded, her string of jewel earrings bobbing up and down as she did so. "We can even go back to that planet you created just for us a long, long time ago."
