2 Days out from The Basement...
10 Days from the UA Entrance Exam...
Izuku was petting his new black cat at his house, thinking of what to name him. Izuku went to get the cat checked up and registered, and found out that along with having no name or owner, the cat was a healthy male. One thing that was different about this cat, though, was the interesting scar on its muzzle. It was small, but still noticeable, but Izuku didn't mind. He thought of it like a battle scar - his own little warrior. Little warrior... that's it! Izuku sprung from the couch he was sitting on, and the cat yowled protestingly from the sudden dismissal of Izuku's warm hand.
Izuku remembered reading something in The Basement - in an ancient language, which Izuku of course studied and knew how to read, write, understand and speak. In this language, Kalmin meant "strong" and "mighty", which would basically translate into English as a warrior. If Izuku changed it... yes, yes... Izuku started pacing now, muttering up a storm and tapping his finger to his mouth, deep in concentration. "That's it!" Izuku exclaimed in victory. "You!" he spun and pointed his finger at the cat. "Mrrow?" the cat inquired, cocking its head to the left. "Your name is now Kammin! It is loosely translated for 'little warrior'!" Kammin perked up, his green emerald eyes showed obvious pleasure at the new name.
"Now that it's almost time for the UA Entrance Exams, I should brush up on my skills" Izuku thought aloud. "Guess I'll go to Dagobah Municipal Beach and clean up the trash for 3 days; shouldn't be too much work for me."
As Izuku started to make his way out of the door to jog over to Dagobah Beach, little Kammin sprung from his perch and latched himself onto Izuku's back with his sharp claws. It didn't bother Izuku, since he had a tolerance for pain, but he tried to spin around in shock. Kammin, though, stayed securely fastened to Izuku's back. "K-Kammin!?" Izuku tried spinning around to see, but that didn't work out, for obvious reasons. Izuku tried to reach his hand back and remove the cat, but Kammin swatted his hand away and meowed in protest.
Izuku sighed. "Okay, okay, fine. Be like that." And so Izuku marched out the door with a cat latched onto his back like a leech. Any passerby that saw this... strange scene would immediately tell you that they could've sworn that cat was grinning with victory.
15 minutes later... (spongebob voice)
"Ah! That fresh air! The sandy beach and the rolling waves! And that GIANT FREAKING PILE OF TRASH. That means we're here!" Izuku stated to Kammin, who meowed in agreement. Kammin, during the ride there (ride for him, not for Izuku) had switched to a more comfortable position that seemed to be his favorite - his throne atop Izuku's fluffy dark green hair. "All righty. Let's do this." Izuku went over towards the trash, and started lifting, without using his quirk. He already did plenty of quirk training at his own house, and besides, this place was best for a body workout without the quirk.
