Jungkook. He made me feel something I didn't felt before. My feelings for him is getting stronger. I felt safe, secured, respected and beautiful whenever his around. Just his presence makes me calm even tho he makes my heart beats so fast. He told me he will tell something to me and I feel nervous about that. The scene at the backstage shocked me. I never been hugged by a guy except my dad. I stood frozen but gradually feeling him. It feels like I needed that kind of hug for a long time. We hugged each other for a minutes but it feels so long then I felt him kissed my head that made me loose my mind. I thank myself for not stuttering before I ran away. Jungkook makes me feel loved and today I'll cheer for him hardly.
The show started. The students were so loud. Rosie and I were enjoying the time of our life. Some students already performed. Group dance and others were doing solo. I got awed on Jimin performance. He danced smoothly and sexily. Just wow. Then there's Taehyung with his deep voice and contemporary dance. He made the crowd wild. And lastly, Jungkook. I felt Rosie nudged me. The song started but it sounds different this wasn't the song he practiced. Wait, I already heard this song. Its the boy with love from BTS. He was now performing. It's a lively song. I already heard him sing but this is different. I feel like the lyrics of it is referring to him and on the way his feeling it. My eyes never left his performance. 'Nothing is stonger in the boy with love' he sang noticing me on the crowd and smiled at me. I thumbs up and smiled widely. He finished the song doing the thai signature hand 'i love you'. My mind was loading. I am a thai girl and he just did. I shooked my head with my silly thoughts. Don't assume Lisa wait until he said it.
"Wow you made the crowd wild. Good job boys! We're so proud of you!" Rosie congratulated them.
"Nice nice!" I blabbered.
"Did you see my sexy abs? This is the first time I flaunt it" Jimin proudly said. Jungkook tapped his stomach.
"You mean this big belly?" He teased.
"Yah! I worked out for this" He whined.
"Stop it you two. My performance was the most loved. They got mesmerized with my deep voice" -Taehyung
"They drowned because its too deep" I joked and they laughed.
"Yah Lis, you can joke" Taehyung rhetorically said and they're still laughing. I pouted.
"I know you are all hungry. Lets eat before Lany perform" Jungkook said.
"Here again the knight shining armor" Jimin teased.
"Stop teasing them Jimin. Lets go!" Rosie said and grabbed him in the arm pulling him away from us.
"Let us meet later. You two have time first" Taehyung said then followed Jimin and Rosie. We bid goodbye then started walking. So many food stall around the school during festival. Jungkook and I bought hotdogs, pizza and choco milk. Kook was busy with his camera that was pointed on me while I chose our food. I bet he is taking a video of me and on my revenge I took a photo of him. A lot of photo.
After our playfulness, we sat down on a nearby bench away from the loud crowd. I smiled at him.
"You're so cool out there" I uttered.
"Am I?" he asked and I nodded.
"Why did you change your piece? It wasn't the one you practice"
"I practiced it when you're not around"
"Why?" I frowned.
"To surprise you. You heard the lyrics of it, right?" I stared at him. Wait, is he confessing to me? Am I ready for this.
"Lisa, remember on the backstage? I told you that I have something to tell you" I nodded. I think my voice left me. He breathed heavily and swallowed hard.
"I like you" my mouth slightly hanged open staring at him. I was trapped again on his brown orbs. "And I think I'm falling inlove with you" he said in a deep and hush tone. I got drowned on it. I heard a thousand of horse running rapidly but its just a beating of my heart and tons of butterflies in my stomach wanted to let out. A tear escape from my eyes and I saw him panicked. "Lis, why are you crying?" He held my face.
"I like you too Kookie" then his face brighten. His eyes blinking trying to sink in what I said . "And these are tears of joy" I smiled at him. He uttered my name and I love how my name slipped on his tongue.
"Will you let me make you happy? Protect you and always be there for you? Can I be that man?" He asked with his eyes staring on my soul. He gulped. I smiled widely at him.
"Yes Kook! You're the perfect man for that" His eyes widen and abruptly stood up and shouted YES with both hands on the air. I also stood up and he engulfed me with his arms.
"Lisa, you made this day perfect. You makes me happy" He swayed ourselves.
"I'm glad that I made you happy but You also did it to me. We're now quits" I giggled.
We both go back to the concert hall. Lany performing Malibu Nights. The song has a sad aura but Jungkook and I were the opposite because our hearts is full of happiness. I felt him held hand intertwining it with him. I looked up to him and we smiled to each other.
"Jungkook, Lisa" we both looked behind and there stood our three friends then suddenly took a photo of the two of us holding hands. They grinned to us and we just shooked our heads. I got used to their teasing. Apparently, they didn't asked. Me and Kookie holding hands confirmed their thoughts. That' what friends are for. Sharing one mind and having telepathy. They stood in our both sides. We enjoyed the rest of the festival. The dark night sky filled with fireworks. I have nothing to ask for. Having a good parents, nicest friends and a loving boyfriend. My first ever boyfriend I must say.
